The staff was incredible. The rooms are the cleanest I have ever been in. My stay was quite lengthy and the staff became like family. They were always smiling happy and eager to help. Breakfast was always hot and there was always plenty of it. They always tried to do something differently with breakfast so it wasn’t the same thing. Attention to detail was fabulous. Then there was the evenings around the fire pit. What a way to wind down the day. Definitely stay there again if I’m up that way.

I spent two days here. The price seems reasonable for what they offer. However, I am not that experienced in travel in Germany nor what a fair price should be. But when compared to the price of the AF base hotel, this place is so much more a bargain! I had a single room, very tiny but it served it's purpose. The room was clean with ample closet space. The bathroom was neat with everything you would expect. There was a desk in the room, which is good if you use your computer when you travel. The wifi connectivity was good from the room on the third floor to the balcony/porch by the restaurant. The morning breakfast was great when compared to a normal hotel in the states; eggs, bacon, sushi, coffee, juice, meats and cheeses, etc. My only regret is I didn't really get the time to get around and explore the area, so I can't really comment on the location other than to say it's an easy 10min drive from Ramstein AFB.

The staff are wonderful. Akbar is very attentive as night manager and addresses issues quickly. Mandeep and Brian work very diligently around the clock and keep the place very clean and fix things quickly. The front desk ladies are very helpful with many questions and sleep accommodations. The chef, Ms Siggy treats us like a mother and helps keep a large group of us fed in very early mornings. Hopefully they can relocate one day away from the noise/runway headings at Ramstein! My crew greatly appreciates their service and professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Atlantis hotel, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly customer service. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I was thrilled to find out that the hotel is pet-friendly. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel's dining room, which was a great way to start the day. For all the military movers out there, I would highly recommend the Atlantis hotel as an alternative to staying on base. Just be sure to double-check the rate to make sure it falls within your allowances. Overall, my stay at the Atlantis was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable, and I would definitely stay there again in the future. Atlantis is located inbetween Ramstein airbase and landstuhl, so you are centrally located. Your about a 6-10€ taxi ride to landstuhl bars and restaurants, and castle.
