I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I must say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail.The apartment was spotless, and everything was in its place. The host clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which is something I truly appreciated.The localization of the apartment was also excellent. It was situated in a very convenient neighborhood that had plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. It was easy to get around, and the public transportation was readily available.The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was also spotless and had all the necessary amenities.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment and were available to answer any questions I had.Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. My daughter lived 4 months in one of apartments during an exchange at Mannheim University. She had a very pleasant stay and she was happy with the room (nice, warm and cozy) and with the location as well (close to tram and train station, very easy to go to University and to Mannheim center as well).Highly reccommended!

The rooms are large, spacious, the bed very comfortable. The hotel has a recreation room, washers and dryers. The location is close to the city center. The only drawback is the lack of parking space. In general it is a good hotel.

My boyfriend and our little dog stayed here for 5 nights. It was great! The apartment is very well located, near the S-Bahn (in 5Min we were in Mannheim!). It has many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very clean and perfect for a long-term stay. We definitely recommend staying here!

For work reasons I spent several months in the Mannheim area trying out different accommodations.In general I was always very very disappointed.I finally discovered the LuPartemnt and it was really a very pleasant surprise.The accommodation is extremely functional, spacious and well organized. The cost is excellent. The service and courtesy of the manager truly exceptional.Even the road links and parking, which had been a source of concern for me, proved to be ideal: I almost always managed to park within 50 meters or less.My only regret is that I haven't tried it before :-)

We rent an apartment for one month.The building is 3 minutes walking from the train station,bus-tram stop is also 3 minutes.Calm neighborhood no noises at all and most important, the appartment was like new.Everything was clean and good organized with a kitchen ready to use washing machine and dryer also available so basically nothing was missing.We are very happy with the apartment and the fast response of the owner whenever we needed it and next time we will choose to rent again from them.

Great location, close to train station with supermarket and restaurants close by. Very clean apartment, the kitchen is also well equipped. The apartment is ideal for a short or long-term stay.
