Beware of poor hospitality and unprofessional demeanour!The landlady completely misunderstood my mail about a growing number of flies in the flat and a potential (not reproachable) maggot formation to be offensive. She read into it that her cleaning was not good enough and reacted aggressively with a shower of insults. Without asking for permission, she entered the apartment in my absence to open the windows for more flies to come in which of course aggravated the problem. Impossible to sleep at night with flies buzzing around. This is unacceptable behaviour from a host who should help resolve the problem rather than exacerbate it. With traps, I finally managed to get rid of the flies, but there was no remedy for the landlady's irreconcilable stance, undignified scorn and unabated aggression. Eventually, moving out became the only option.For a good host, the well-being of her guests should come first, but all this landlady cared for was making sure to get paid. One might get on fine with her if one just pays and does not bother her with any problems.I have never experienced anything like that. Worst experience ever!

A very nice and pleasant holiday apartment, very nice landlord. Although not a great mountain view, a very nice sunny west-facing balcony for the afternoon sun. The way to the town of Bad Wiessee with the best shopping opportunities is not far. The guest card with many public transport options including boats on Lake Tegernsee is very useful.Many thanks to the Gerritzen family. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

We were guests of the Stickel family in the Landhaus Anna Rosa for a week in May. Apart from small defects, we can warmly recommend the holiday apartment. Price-performance is unbeatable here. We have been going to Tegernsee every year for 7 years and have always stayed in a different holiday apartment. The view of the lake in the Anna Rosa country house is a dream and unbeatable. Here and there the apartment could have been a little cleaner, especially the curtains hanging on the windows and the shower. It's also not up to date and the kitchen could be better equipped. Since the Stickel family still runs an alpine farm, you rarely see them as hosts. This wasn't a problem for us because we already know the area well and didn't need any tips etc. It was just a bit annoying that we waited 4 days for the towels for our kids because they were forgotten when we arrived.If you can live with small compromises and are not looking for luxury, this is the place for you. Price performance is unbeatable, especially because the Tergensee Card is included in the price. If our kids were younger we would come back, but now we need apartments with two bedrooms, which unfortunately are not available at the Anna Rosa country house :-(.
