Very basic hotel, but handy for the football trip, room small but clean and fine fir the cost, as really cheap. Has a safe and tea and coffee. A bit out of town and 20 minute walk to railway station or there is a local.bus service outside, staff quite helpful

Normal German hotel, modern but Spartan. No frills, no bar, no service, no help from disinterested staff. Poor, loud location, no AC, so open windows on busy highway, no airport shuttle though they claim to be an airport hotel. 100€ ok, but don't expect much.

Lovely room , sercure parking for additional charge. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was next to a very busy main road but the windows kept all of the noise out which was a really good plus point. Modern decor. Comfy beds.

Our honeymoon trip took us here for the first night.We wanted to stop in Cologne to see some sights the next morning, This was a perfect location just off the motorway, and only 20 minutes back in to Cologne.When we arrived, the staff member that saw us in was pleasant, satisfactory English, but seemed to lack any personality, like she was bored.The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we arrived, when we queried this, we were told its a breakfast only facility.I asked for some recommendations for the local area to get some dinner, I was handed an A4 sheet with multiple eateries.My Wife and I like to read some reviews before going, and found only a couple out of the whole list was on Google or Trip Advisor, so not the most helpful. OK if your not bothered though.Dimitri Grill up the road, about 20 minute walk, I highly recommend this place! (Reviewed separately)The room was pleasant, odd shape, clean and comfortable.It had a safe, sofa and chairs, bed was hard, which was nice.The shower was amazing, could have stayed in there all day.The room however was only made up for one person, we had to call down to get more bedding and towels. These turned out to be single duvets only. The hotel don't stock double or king, only singles.There was a coffee and tea facilities however the kettle is only useable under the wall mounted TV, so the steam and heat goes in to the TV, the coffee was not nice at all, and again was only made up to be enough for one.Car park was odd, its free to get in with a barrier that goes up automatically when you move towards it, however to get you need a token from reception. The staff did remind us of this, however there was no check on if we were guests or not.If your a light sleeper due to light, take an eye mask as the curtains are as thin as cotton.If your looking for a pamper, or some fluffy stuff, this is not the hotel.This is purely a business hotel, or a bed and go kind of hotel.

Perfect place to stay when we travel between England - Austria, with two EV chargers that deliver 7.2kW. You get a penalty if you leave the car charging for more than 4 hrs which ensures nobody hogs it, but getting up at night to unplug and re-plug solves the problem if you need more. Large rooms, clean, and friendly, welcoming staff. Very convenient within minutes from the motorway.

Staff was very helpful. And the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great, wish they went til 10am at least so that we could’ve slept in a bit. But I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, near the motorway (highway) which was great as we were travelling by car. Had to pay for parking but it was a good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a big variety of food.Only downside, the light was not working in the bathroom and one of the towels was dirty. Overall, good value for money and we would stay here again.

Today after breakfast, i couldn't get back into my room. After 17 minutes waiting at the reception desk my access card was updated. Checking out later consumed another 11 minutes to get out of the hotel.So the staff wasted my complete time reserve for the next leg of my travel.My observation is, that stops at the reception desk are lasting in average 7 minutes per guest!Aged facility,
