The food was horrible, service was mean and doesn't talk, rooms are dirty if u use the shower the water has a brown/yellow colour, when we tried to leave the service said we broke somethings that already broke, they asked for a guarantee, we tried to leave in the bus and the owner parked her car infront of our bus and called the cops, i do not recommend coming here.

Toilets arent clean, no toilet paper and you cant lock the showers, and you can even look through the door........
The rooms are moist and the radiator is broken. No wifi connection.

The food was okay, on the other hand our room was terrible.. We left our room for two hours and when we returned we had bed buggs all over the room. When we asked for help they said they couldn’t see a problem, while there were bugs all over the place. Unacceptable. We also had brown water for two days! We couldn’t shower, it was disgusting.

Hotel in a very remote, quiet location, ideal for relaxation. Unfortunately, that's probably the only positive...It's cold in the rooms and in the common areas (in the winter it's only about 17° in the room) and the reluctance of the staff to do anything about it, so you have to sleep in thermal underwear or under a double blanket. However, one does not want to climb into a cold room in the morning. The food used to be good, but now it has also deteriorated a lot :-(You have to hunt for a mobile phone signal laboriously near the window or outside in front of the hotel (this is not entirely the hotel's fault, of course..), the wifi at the hotel is only usable if there are a maximum of 20 people there, otherwise the capacity absolutely cannot keep up (which is also remote location from civilization in a narrow valley).
