Staff is nice (understand not so grumpy like almost everywhere else). But the food here is a poor choice. Its obvious that its not made on the spot. But then maybe dont ask so much money for such a food. And as usual, no possibility to pay with card.

This is a small restaurant with a bar and a cafe further back. The food seems okay but the service is terrible. I ordered a beer and a goulash at the bar and when I got the receipt a few seconds later I realized that I made a mistake as I had intended to order a goulash soup, but not goulash with knödeln. The kitchen was right behind the bar and had not even started making my order, but the bar dude would not change my order. After 5 minutes of asking him to change my order he finally bulged, and I got my soup, which was fine.

We had a lunch there and it was disastrous. Quality super low. Cheap meal for inapproptiate price.Am. Burger - whatever it was supposed to be. Bread unchewable, vegetable non esthetic cut, cheap sauces from discount, meat hard to chew.Fried cheese - cheap quality, pommes fried in old used oil. Interior design cheap with zero invention. These guys should run something else than restaurants. It is simply scam!!!

I absolutely cannot understand or confirm the many negative reviews. We have been here a total of 3 times in the last 8 years and have never had anything to complain about. If you expect a 5 star hotel with star cuisine, you've come to the wrong place. The prices and quality of the guesthouse and restaurant are completely okay. The rooms are sufficiently large and clean. The food was great and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. We always enjoyed being here and felt comfortable.

Absolutely horrible attitude. All wrong! The lady at the reception is a disaster. We wanted to try the lift for an hour with a small 3 flyer, they immediately wanted to pay for an adult and a child for the whole day, there is no agreement. In the cafe, the children's corner is completely embarrassing, there are trailers for it everywhere, so you go there with the children to have a welder and a cake for 20 minutes while skiing, and again I cash out 100 kc, while we wanted to spend it in the cafe. Friends who were not staying at the hotel wanted to put their ski tracks on the designated spot, which was empty, but the lady at the reception did not allow it, saying that it is only for hotel guests. Meanwhile, they went there to have refreshments. So I don't know who runs it, for me it's a shophouse and a hostile place, I'll never step foot there again. If you go to Klínovec, avoid this place!!!

If you're on a gluten-free diet, you'll leave hungry. The restaurant has a well-organized work system in order to serve as many guests as possible in a small space. It is based on a menu where you can't even change the side dish. But mainly all eight dishes are with flour. There is not a single alternative such as a natural steak. When asked why, I got the answer that there is no interest in it.

The business is in a good location, there is a ski school next door and you can see the children's track from the lounge. The service is quite fast for a large number of people, but it shouldn't look so annoyed. I put ⭐ down for that. I'm giving the next one down for the fee for the children's corner = CZK 100.. And that's even if you're a customer..!Payment in cash only.
