Since we had reserved, our table was already beautifully set. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food, freshly prepared, arrived after a reasonable wait. The plates were visually appealing and everything was of excellent quality.If you just want to stop by to eat, you should definitely call ahead to see if it is open. We were unlucky three times when we hiked there from Muldenberg and a sign on the door announced that it was closed on that day.There is a free parking space for guests right in front of the house.

Today we went to the “Haus am Ahorn”.We were given a beautifully set table and the food and drinks menu. I quickly realized that I found the prices for drinks a bit high, but the prices and the selection of dishes were completely reasonable.The portions are very large, beautifully prepared and very tasty! The idea of ​​the burgers with the slate plates looks nice, but in practice it's often a bit of a mess. But everything is good, no criticism!The sauces on the burgers were very tasty, the fries were also very good!The schnitzel could very well be a little thinner and tossed in a little clarified butter, that would top it all off.As a small note, I would also add a lemon squeezer to the lemons, which not only looks good, but also doesn't cause stupid messing around, just in passing.On the whole we were very satisfied, the food was good and the service was brilliant, attentive, we often asked if everything was OK and were otherwise super friendly!Plus point!A few small things for the finishing touches but otherwise super good!I wish the entire team at “Haus am Ahorn” all the best and remain,Best regards

A big compliment to the Kautsch family, whether in the kitchen, in the service and in the property you can feel the love for the hotel! We stayed as a group in the hotel with full board. Everything tasted delicious and was served appetizingly! In the evening you could drink cocktails. The host gave us a closer look at the Vogtland landscape. Everything was super organized. The rooms were tastefully decorated! A big thank you to the team👍!

We went to the restaurant for brunch. It was top service and everyone was extremely friendly and competent. The dishes were freshly prepared. There was everything from rolls, cheese and sausage platter, freshly cut fruit, vegetables, mozzarella, salmon, several warm dishes & for dessert, cakes and small desserts. Plus sparkling wine and filter coffee. We'll be back.

Very nice, quietly located hotel in the forest, just right for relaxing. Room, with balcony, large and cozy. Staff is very friendly and competent. Food, we had half board with a menu in the evening, was plentiful, tasty and, above all, freshly prepared. Special requests will be taken into account. Thanks again for changing my main course. I can recommend the hotel 100 percent. We felt very comfortable on this short vacation.

My innermost being is literally begging for a review of this warm gastronomy. We went for dinner with my family on March 23, 2024. We had three children with us who should have activated one or two of the staff's stress levels. The opposite was the case. Every little blemish my daughter had had was removed with so much peace and serenity. The staff works at a very high level when it comes to hospitality. You have to keep it exactly that way. We all felt like we were at home with friends. The quality of the food was excellent. A highly recommended inn with a charming and professionally qualified boss. ☺️ It's fun to be a guest here. Sincerely the Hoffmann family. ❤️ Ps. A huge compliment also to the young woman in training. There still seems to be hope. 🤗

Great location in the countryside, nice ambience, very nice staff and delicious dishes. There's something for everyone on the menu.I can't say anything about the rooms as we were only there for lunch.
