I was living there for 2 month and what i can say that internet is awfull there, and the cleaning service is not so good as previous comments were written, you only have 1 washing machine for i don't know maybe 20 person and it costs 4 euros to wash and dry your clothes

Have I been scammed?For several months I have been waiting in vain for my deposit on a temporarily rented apartment from this company to be returned. I was repeatedly promised that my deposit would be refunded (rental ends on May 31st), but to date this has not been kept.There are no objective reasons for refusing repayment. I left the rented single room in perfect condition and this was confirmed to me in writing. There are no outstanding utility bills or the like because I only rented a single room from an apartment with several apartments for a short time and an annual bill was not included in the contract.I was put off again and again. 8 days ago I even received a picture of a transfer of the deposit, but I still haven't received it in my account. Apparently this company just tricked me into saying that they wanted to transfer the deposit to me, even though they should have been aware that the fraud would be discovered within a short time.Most of the customers in this facility are of foreign origin and many of the residents barely speak German. They often don't know what the legal situation is and may quickly give in. I contacted several previous roommates to see if they were also waiting for their deposit. So far I have not received any information from anyone that the deposit has been paid back on time.

Good place for an overnight stay on the way to vacation. Rooms are clean, small well-stocked kitchen. The only drawback is shared bathrooms. Luckily we were the only guests.
