The atmosphere is really very inviting and great, and the food is also good. The waitress is a friendly, blonde gentleman and a woman with an Eastern European accent. Unfortunately, we ended up with the latter the last two times - many months ago and again recently when we tried again. Without exaggerating, we have rarely experienced such unfriendly, even impolite service.She seems to like to display an unfriendly charisma, garnished with passive-aggressive sayings.If you then fail to tip the lady at the end, you will quickly have the table candles blown out in your face in an offensive gesture.

We were very satisfied all around. There is also very nice staff and very tasty food. The furnishings in the dining room are very detailed and cozy and invite you to linger for a longer period of time. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable so we slept well. The next morning there was a delicious and balanced breakfast. All in all a great stay that we can only recommend to everyone. We'd love to come back. See you next time. Good luck!

We were at a conference in the restaurant. Honestly...I've never experienced such haphazard service and I've experienced a lot. There were around 70 of us, the drinks order was taken by a very angry female waiter, written to when we ordered and then the drinks came after a while, a glass in each hand but she no longer knew where the drinks should go. So she shouted loudly about who ordered which drink with grumpy comments. All participants ate and drank, one would think it was a good deal. Nevertheless, a gentleman, probably the boss, said that we would finish this thing and that we should look for another location for the next time. We’ll definitely do it too! By the way, it wouldn't have been a problem to leave the restaurant without paying because payment was made at the counter and even there there was a lot of chaos!As a dish I had homemade seasoned meat, the taste was okay, but the meat was definitely not homemade, it was square cubes like you would expect from pressed meat.We survived but we will honor the request and next time we will go to a different restaurant.

First of all, you really have to say that the food is really top, great quality, nothing to complain about. And the ambience is also very imaginative, unusual and beautiful. We knew the castle from the television series “my local, your local” and went there with great expectations.Unfortunately you get a setback when it comes to the friendliness of the service (Czech accent, black long hair). We were there for our wedding anniversary and wanted to spend a cozy, relaxed evening. When we came in we were greeted very unfriendly by the waitress. The next step was to take the order. We were immediately forced to order the starter and main course together, even though we wanted to take our time. The starter came promptly, and unfortunately the main course as well, so we hadn't even finished the starter and all the plates were on the table together. The waitress always cleared and delivered everything quickly, until suddenly she was no longer visible. As I said, very, very unfriendly and impersonal, no smile, no thanks. Not a nice word. You didn't feel comfortable with her. If you become known through a television series like this you should really make sure that the service is right. As is always the case... the impression stands or falls with the service. It's a shame for this special restaurant.

A very exciting place with a lot to see. Very nice service (many thanks to the hard-working young lady), quick and courteous. Dogs are more than welcome. There is a menu with snacks for the little friends. We had rib of beef and leg of goose. Everything was very tasty and tender.

We stopped in spontaneously after a hike and were warmly welcomed and served. Great service - refreshing, humorous young man. Impressive atmosphere of the restaurant. The best thing, however, was the marinated beef rib - delicious - praise to the chef!Thanks for the experience.

Had dinner in the “castle” with the family. Service and service top. We even got a tour of the expansive building. Menu is manageable with varied, freshly prepared dishes.
