Hello,had booked a double room for two people for one night from April 14th to 15th, 2023 with breakfast. The accommodation was clean and fair value for money. The friendly service and the rich breakfast are worth mentioning. The food in the evening in the busy pizzeria was also of high quality / recommended. If you need it again, I'd be happy to do it again.

The hotel is very centrally located in Greiz. The rooms are simple, chic, but clean and perfectly adequate.You have to book through the restaurant. That works great.You will receive a very warm welcome.We are always happy to come back.

A very attractive place. Good restaurant with German and Italian food. Tasty in a medium price range.There are also opportunities to sit in the restaurant's garden when the weather is good.This house also has a room rental facility. This is also recommended. A good address in the Park and SchloßstadGreiz.

Very nice staff. The food was well done, as was the breakfast. Unfortunately, there is one point deduction and that is the leather chairs, which could be replaced and you should think about the furniture in the rooms. I know it all costs money but it doesn't have to be all at once. Maybe you shouldn't take leather chairs because they come back in so quickly, that's just the way it is with leather. But otherwise nothing to complain about 👍

At the beginning our room reservation was recorded incorrectly. After some back and forth, the third bed was prepared in the “suite”, as actually stated in the reservation.Although the suite is large, it is bare and there are cracks in the walls. The furniture and flooring are quite worn and have stains. The desk top was not securely mounted. The chairs also had stains. There were clipped fingernails on the chair. The curtains were totally dirty. The balcony has roofing felt as a floor and is surrounded by a simple metal railing (without bars in between).The toilet and sink were dirty. There was hair in the shower. There was stubble in the container with the shampoo packets.In order to sleep in peace, you have to unplug the refrigerator. In addition, there were several mosquitoes in the room, so you would wake up either from the penetrating noise of the animals flying or from the many bites. It only becomes dark in the suite in summer when the restaurant closes. The chimney for the pizza oven is three meters away from the windows, which is why you can only open the windows after the last main course.

The reception was a bit bumpy, but friendly.You always pay close attention to everything the first time and we had to look at everything three times and we were a bit skeptical.The first thing you noticed was the incredible number of different smells...When we got to the room we were impressed by the size of the room.But here too the variety of smells was widespread in the room under the attic.When I took a closer look, I noticed a few points that were a bit negative (hair on the sofa/hair in the shower/quite dark spots in the shower/TV not connected/loose cables, etc.)It has to be said that we were there with a dog and a child, so we were happy to have found accommodation at all.Breakfast and the friendliness of the staff were positive.If you're looking for something for one night, this is probably a good place for you, but for a longer stay we'd recommend something else.

The rooms are spacious, very clean. You can feel very comfortable there. The breakfast for a mini price of €6.50 is very rich and tasty.The staff is very friendly.I would book the hotel again at any time.

Hello,The hotelier is very nice, the rooms are tidy and large (single rooms).Unfortunately there was no breakfast (not worth it with just one guest) and WiFi wasn't available either.Apart from these two negative points (hence one star deduction), I can recommend the hotel to everyone.Gladly again.Kind regards,Fin
