We were here for 4 days for the lace making course. The reception was very friendly. The rooms are nice and everything is sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly and responds to all of the guests' wishes. The food is very tasty. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Thanks for the nice days!

I had an overnight stay with breakfast, so I can't rate the warm food. The standard of the hotel is already a bit old. The rooms are quite simple, but crucially for me, clean and tidy. The decor of the dining room is also very rustic, but exudes a charm of coziness for an evening get-together. The staff is very friendly and open-minded and are happy to accommodate any special requests. The price for the room was very fair. The location of my room was unfortunate, right above the bowling alley. Visitors who go to bed early may have trouble getting to sleep.Points are deducted for breakfast. For me, baked rolls and crystallized honey are not part of breakfast in a hotel.Otherwise, you can recommend the hotel in a wonderful location and you will have a great time. Thank you

It should be a nice evening. On October 21st, 2023 we wanted to celebrate our big birthday with 40 guests. This was discussed and planned with the hotel operator long beforehand. We had the appointment reconfirmed by phone 3 days in advance.Then on the day of the celebration around 10:30 a.m. the shock call. The operator canceled our celebration due to “illness”.Some of our guests were already on their way.This is not professional behavior.In such cases, a restaurant should have a plan “B”. This place is obviously not suitable for larger events as we weren't the only ones who experienced this. Despite being “ill,” the restaurant was open to other guests that evening.By the way, we were able to celebrate our birthday with our lovely guests on the same day. The forest restaurant “Bad Einsiedel” made this possible for us at very short notice. Simply great!!!!!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in the restaurant.Food was MEGA delicious. The children's special requests were met with complete satisfaction. The service is more than accommodating and extremely nice.We immediately felt comfortable. We would love to come back.100% recommended

We booked our holiday at fairly short notice and were given a very warm welcome.Every wish was fulfilled. We had booked with half board. If my grandson couldn't decide on any dinner, a "child-friendly" meal was found, and special requests were no problem. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
