We had lunch there on 2 occasions invitation (Einladung von Opa und Oma). Both times we were very impressed - authentic and tasty food, generous portions, friendly service. The open area (with a small swing) behind the restaurant is interesting and great for kids who needs to stretch their legs and let out their energy.In short:- Nice venue- Great Food & Drinks- Great Service- Great for Families (with kids)Definitely recommend this 👍🏻

Hotel also glad to serve passing/walk-in guests. Friendly staff. In season choices. Three course meal plus drinks and coffee for two at €50 Total. Historic building 'at the post-wagon'. Good atmosphere.

A beautiful little guesthouse with a cozy beer garden. The rooms are comfortably furnished and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and rich. Always my pleasure !

We felt very comfortable. The welcome was warm and well organized, the double room was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and have good mattresses so we were able to sleep very well. The house is certainly on the main street, but we were able to sleep in even with the window tilted. There is a bakery and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The prices in Klingenthal are OK. The breakfast at Postillion was great. Everything you want is there, the coffee is fresh and tasty, and any requests were helped. We like to come back again and again 🤗

A small and fine hotel and restaurant since 1788. We spent a weekend here and really enjoyed it. Beautiful, bright and clean rooms, friendly and nice service, here the guest is really king 👑, others can learn a lesson from that. The cuisine is typically Vogtland and very tasty; here we cook with fresh ingredients and 🌿 herbs and a lot of heart 💓. The rooms of the restaurant are lovingly decorated and very attractive. We'll definitely come back again 👏👏👏

We visited this beautiful restaurant with a tour group of 40 people. The guest rooms already made a stylish and inviting impression. The staff was great. The service was friendly and listened to the wishes of the guests. The food that was served - we had already communicated our meal requests via a “bus menu” - was served quickly and was of excellent quality. All in all a successful visit. I can only recommend everyone to visit this welcoming restaurant.

When we go to Vogtland for a few days, we always stay at the Postillion. And that has been the case for many years. It's always beautiful there. We are always thrilled by the friendliness of the host family, the lovingly furnished house and of course the fantastic cuisine. Wishes are gladly and courteously fulfilled. We always feel welcome and in good hands there. Keep it up, until next time.

Nice inn, unfortunately on a main road. You can often hear a body donor rushing past in the beer garden. By the way, the beer garden is very neat and well maintained. There is a lower and upper one. Service friendly and quick. For food... top!Gladly again.
