The two of us were here for the weekend. We were very satisfied and positively surprised. The room was clean and we didn't miss anything. The service was very friendly and requests were taken into account. The breakfast was also great. Everything you needed was there. Price-performance is top. We can only recommend it and would come back at any time.

Small, fine hotel run with a lot of love, humor and friendliness by the boss and employees. Everything was very clean and tidy. TheParking directly at the house and close to the center, perfect for hikes and excursions.At breakfast, everything you needed was there and any questions you had were met. The idea with the fridge in the stairwell was also great; there was everything there to drink for a cozy evening. We would come again and it was a nice oneeven if just a short break. P.S. Next time we will come in winter so that we can make extensive use of the heating. Thank you

The rooms are bright, friendly and furnished in a rustic style. The service was excellent. The breakfast to my complete satisfaction. The team led by the boss did everything to fulfill the guests' wishes. I will gladly come again.

Very nicely furnished rooms. The breakfast was very good and rich. The location is very central. You can reach everything easily on foot. You feel very comfortable with Ms. Franzke and her team.

I was looking for a room at short notice after a rainy day of hiking and called to see if anything was still available. Since I arrived late in the evening, the key was left in a safe. Everything was recently renovated and lovingly furnished. The owner then warmly welcomed me to breakfast, which was delicious and rich!With her open-hearted and positive manner, she managed to have the entire breakfast room talking to each other within a very short time. And I stayed one more night myself :)A clear recommendation!

The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Checking in was completely uncomplicated at a time when the reception was not staffed. The next morning we received a very friendly welcome at breakfast. The hotel is located close to the center and can be easily reached on foot from the train station. Highly recommended.

Top Hotel!!I stayed here for 4 nights and have to say there is nothing wrong with it.The rooms are very comfortable and super clean, nothing to complain about.And best of all, the breakfast buffet was very rich and freshIf I come to the area again, I will definitely stay here again

We are at the Hotel Berggasse for the third time this year and we are happy every time!The rooms are lovingly and colorfully furnished. The beds very comfortable.The extensive breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. There are always homemade treats from the boss (the homemade yoghurt with red jelly is simply delicious!) and also tips for excursions. The employees are all nice. You feel at home every time.
