Bad...Advice for the owner to immediately repent..while he still has breath..you take away the rights of customers who have already paid and are not allowed to check in..then let go of responsibility..the customer has lost money and can't get a place either..no blessing for your business ma'am..For customers, don't ever book at this hotel... otherwise you will be stranded in the park and lose your money

Do not place orders via Reddoorz/anything online. Later the price will not match online and actual. Even though you can make a refund online, of course we won't get 100% of our money back and we have to wait 2 weeks. Thank You

150 thousand for quality like this is not worth it. Lots of mosquitoes, the AC isn't cold, the mattress & bathroom are dirty, the water is small. What's worse is asking for a 5 star rating π€£ First improve the quality of service then you can ask for a high rating. Not even 2 hours straight with me

The TV doesn't have normal cold air conditioning, doesn't have a desk cupboard or clothes hangers, a trash can, doesn't even have a token for the electricity to go out, until you check out it's not filled...Service from women is not polite....Banging on the door to remember the check out time for junior high school is a few timesThere's no bath soap...Critical ......

When I first entered, it was a bit problematic because I had booked via the internet but the booking didn't go through to the owner of Honesty. The rooms are musty and there is no air circulation. Dirty pillows and old mattresses. The shower and toilet pump did not function properly. The doors and windows use clear, transparent glass, making it less comfortable even if they are covered with curtains. Not in accordance with the price offered

The price is lowered again, don't be too expensive. If you get that model, it's already moldy. The hot air conditioner doesn't have any window glass covers (it's there, but it's useless, you can see it from the outside). The toilet is also not that good, so the price you get is like that.

It's a bit expensive, at 150k you get a room with moldy walls, the bathroom is not clean, the water tap also needs to be repaired, you can get drinking water, 2 toothpaste soap, toothbrush (one clean, the other moldy). There is a free wifi TV blanket too.

Rooms far from expectations. When I entered OYO, the place was dirty, like Mr De's house in the village... It didn't match the photo. The room was moldy, smelled musty because it was damp and lots of mosquitoes, cockroaches & flies. Asked the staff for mosquito spray but they were promised. Finally bought it myself at the Indomaret opposite. The roof has lots of sawangs/cobwebs. Check in is easy & fast. Clean towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste & soap are available. There are no tables & cupboards. Central AC, no remote.The bathroom floor is dirty and slippery. The shower doesn't work, you have to use a faucet but there's no bucket or scoop. The wifi password doesn't match the information.The mattress/foam is thin, so the springs are sticking out.... my body hurts. Luckily there was a thick blanket as an extra mattress. Blankets, bed sheets, towels & pillowcases are clean but the color is dull.Please OYO to be selective in choosing its partners
