The room we booked was clean and the service staff was very friendly.However, this accommodation is unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.The rooms are on the 1st floor. The beds were far too low for us and the mattresses were not of good quality. The breakfast room is located in the building opposite and can also only be reached via stairs. Unfortunately, when we arrived with our grandchild and our two walkers, no staff was present and the extra bed we had ordered for the 8-year-old child was not prepared either. A service employee first had to be organized for our booked breakfast. Since the bus line in the immediate vicinity of the Lavenderhof is more of a school bus line, you should only travel with your own vehicle in order to be able to use the shopping facilities and restaurants. As mentioned at the beginning, we are disabled and walking long distances is impossible for us despite the walker. We should have been informed of these circumstances when we made the reservation, as we had stated our mobility impairment and the use of walkers. That's why an early departure was unavoidable for us.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our Labcache mega round. Very nice rooms, even nicer accommodation provider. It was so wonderfully uncomplicated here. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who still values warmth. Thank you for the nice days.

We were looking for accommodation for the Mega Lab in Crimmitschau and that's how we came to the Lavendelhof.What can I say, we have no regrets.The guesthouse keeps what it promises.Although it's quite small with just 4 rooms, everything is so warm and uncomplicated.I can only recommend the Lavenderhof to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.Thank you

We liked it very much. Spacious, clean rooms. Modernly furnished and decorated. Bathrooms are big enough and well equipped, so not too cramped. Friendly service and good breakfast. We'd love to come back.

We really liked it here. The rooms are very large, well equipped and superbly furnished. Every room is something different. In the hallway there is a fridge with a kettle and tea/coffee. There is also a minibar available for everyone. There are also various small gift items. What we found best was the breakfast; there was everything your heart could desire. The owner and the staff are very nice. We will definitely come here often. Highly recommended!

The rooms are large and comfortably furnished. You have a view either of the beautiful inner courtyard or of the neighbor's friendly poultry. The breakfast is rich and very tasty. The staff is very nice and committed. All in all a very nice stay.

Nice double room with use of the stairwell hallway, well furnished, right in front of the large refrigerator. There were four of us there and we used this opportunity to play games in the evening 👍

And again as a guest at the market festival in Crimmitschau in 2024.It's always nice to be stranded in the Lavenderhof in this idyllic location and to be able to switch off from everyday life. The fault of this is: the enchanting, loving Janet with her deep devotion to the well-being of the guests. Absolutely great...

The Lavenderhof and the team around Janet Heinz are highly recommended. There are 4 beautiful double rooms and a single room available. We were there with our biker group of 14 people last week for 3 nights. The planning with Janet for this biker meeting there began months before. Since we needed additional accommodation for 14 people, Janet sorted it out. Breakfast and dinner were together in the Lavenderhof. The breakfast was plentiful and prepared with love. No wishes were left unfulfilled. The delicious dinner was perfectly organized for us! Dear Janet, thank you very much from our biker group for your commitment and your team! It was a very nice weekend for us! We will be happy to come back to you! Andreas cube from Leopoldshöhe in July 23!
