I stayed here for one night. Friendly gentleman at reception.There was no curtain in the bathroom so the neighbors could see in and there was no hot water in the evening.

Very rustic, newly renovated guesthouse. With rural charm and flair. The running family is very hospitable. It is a down-to-earth guesthouse with normal comfort - but clean! In the area there are many opportunities for cycling, dining out, historical sights and action-packed attractions.The rustic dining room is reminiscent of old times - without being fancy - but absolutely rustic and cozy. The portions are very generous - a little less would be fine - but it's rural, family-style home cooking and the value for money is unbeatable.All in all, a good place to spend the night and reflect on the eventful day over a cozy drink.

Our family has eaten here several times in the traditional country inn. In many restaurants the portions have recently become smaller or the prices have been higher, but at Elli there is stability. The Holsteiner Schnitzel is a surprising L size and tastes excellent. In summer the quiet beer garden is recommended. The staff is pleasantly natural and we enjoy being guests here.

Incredibly bad, the stairwell was dirty, the service at breakfast and the quality of the food were subpar, I never want to experience that again!

I've been there several times now. Sometimes for dinner and sometimes at events that take place every now and then. The staff is always friendly and concerned about the well-being of the guests. Due to the lack of staff, there can be waiting times from time to time, but I'm happy to accept this because of the good conversations with the employees. It's very family-like, which I particularly like. Renting a room spontaneously wasn't a problem either. Our room was a nice family room, which was visually appealing and comfortable. The cleanliness was also okay. I like going there and enjoy the time, especially because you meet a lot of nice people there. The owner is very friendly and has a sense of humor. Clear recommendation.

A rustic restaurant, with an old tiled stove and an irresistible charm, with very tasty dishes, the Holsteiner Schnitzel is the highlight. Super friendly staff, beautifully renovated rooms and very warm service. You feel super comfortable here. We will definitely come back.

Super friendly staff. There is also healthy food for vegetarians and the schnitzels look delicious too! The price-performance ratio is also right. You won't get ripped off here.Whether for a group celebration, listening to interesting lectures, dancing or just eating... It is simply pleasant here! Keep it up!

We were there this year 2023 and were very disappointed. The rooms are very simple, you had the feeling that the construction work had just been stopped. The bathroom was ok so far, the neighbor can watch while showering. What was very negative was the service and the breakfast. We had to drive about 5-6 houses from our accommodation to be able to have breakfast. In the evening on the day of arrival you couldn't get dinner there because there was another event. Breakfast the following day was very simple. Breakfast was in the pub where there was a party in the evening. The furnishings may have been modern in the GDR era, but today it feels very shabby. We had booked with breakfast, when we allowed ourselves to have breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, we (three people) were asked why we only showed up now, the staff aren't standing around here from 7 a.m. to wait for us . We should then please show up the next day between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (on Sunday). Last but not least, we travel a lot to different hotels and guesthouses for work, but we haven't experienced such bad service for a long time. Apparently these gentlemen don't need any guests.
