The great place for retreat !I was in august , the beatiful forest with the river 🧡, warm & the temperature is really great !Great yoga 🧘♀️ & massage that make you feel so happy, so light in mind 🧡!Everything very new , clean & trendy !But moreover the restaurant with the great kitchen !!!!!! In germany not easy to find this mixture! Food 🥘 great & cocktails as well !!!Great place for real relax.

We spent 2 days in the hotel last week and were thrilled. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful.Sauna was great, and the massage we booked was really great.The restaurant is awesome, great quality food and exemplary service.It certainly wasn't our last visit to "Das Erz"Thanks so much. :)

**Pure relaxation in a fantastic location**"This hotel is the perfect place to switch off and recharge your batteries. Located in the middle of the forest, surrounded by trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The modern facilities and outstanding service make your stay a special experience. The spa area is simply wonderful - you feel like you are in an oasis of peace. The medical treatments were also very beneficial and helped you relax. The restaurant also offers delicious food and rounds off the culinary experience A must for anyone who longs for relaxation and is ideal for a relaxing retreat from hectic everyday life."

Newly opened in 2024, extensively and modernly renovated, unfortunately a lot of plastic in the interiorVery friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant, first-class cuisine at dinner, good breakfast (unfortunately much of it without labels or only on request)Rooms without TV, hiking trails not well connectedSauna area is small but super nice and well equipped with towels, you can cool off directly in the stream, bathrobes and slippers in the room, sauna bag would be nice

Had dinner in the restaurant for the first time today. We were completely satisfied. The service was very accommodating. The price of the food is of course a little higher but the quality is worth every cent. The beautiful ambience inside and outside the hotel is of course also inviting. We will definitely be there more often.

So I'm very, very positively surprised, we ate at the "five Fichten" restaurant and it was outstanding for our region! We ate very, very well, the service was very accommodating and I think the price-performance ratio is justified.And the hotel renovation took a long time but it was worth it, everything is very modern and made to feel good.We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in Erz for one night and therefore didn't take advantage of everything on offer, but we still leave our impression here. It is a very nice, modern hotel with a super quiet forest location and friendly and courteous staff. If you love nature, this is the right place for you. We had a great room with a balcony and a view of the enchanted forest and the small rushing stream, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant's fine cuisine, including the top-mixed cocktails, is highly recommended. Unfortunately, our expectations of the sauna and wellness offer were not met because we did not know that not all areas (only 2 of 5 saunas) are currently available?🤷. The relaxation room was too small for us and the loungers could be more comfortable. The breakfast offering (buffet) can still be expanded somewhat and cannot be compared with the standards of the restaurant; e.g. E.g. bagged juice and no juicer or little selection of fruit. Our choice from the breakfast menu (including different egg variants) was great. Overall we felt very comfortable. We are excited about the further development of the hotel and will definitely come back.
