My favourite hotel in Plauen! Every detail in the room is thought of, beautifully arranged and with the most welcoming service. It was a pleasure staying here. I recommend the breakfast and the restaurant too.

One of the best hotels in Plauen! Everything is beautifully antique, feels like going back in the past. The hotel is so special, it’s the type of place you could make a film in.I always enjoy my stay here and feel like I’m greeted as an old friend every time; super welcoming service from Nastya and the rest. The location is central too which is perfect. I definitely recommend the breakfast and the restaurant; the food is deliciously homemade and the rooms are stunning. If you’re lucky you’ll catch the special flair of the hotel, meeting the two adorable puddles of the owners. I always enjoy my stay here!

Nice traditional restaurant in the Centre of Plauen. It was very noisy inside and crowded. Service was ok though. The food was ok but nothing special. Salt and pepper was missed out on the food. I can only give 4*. You can also stay over night and enjoy breakfast. Parking is possible near by.

I was really lucky to stay there for a few days. It is located in a lovely street in the city center area. I loved my room. It was cozy, warm and comfortable. I had the chance also to be for a short time in the restaurant and I also liked the atmosphere there. For all who loves antiques like me, it was just like walking into a museum; with all the details that are carefully displayed on every wall, each shelf and on every corner.. I hope that I will go one more time to the restaurant to take a picture to share it here :)

Whenever I am in Plauen I stay here. The place is like a time travel capsule. It is full of old things and the rooms are romantically furbished with old furniture. …

Only had a single night here. But I can certainly say that it is worthwhile. Though looking like out of the 1700s ,the room and bed were spacious , comfortable and quiet . The bathroom is modern with a shower . There was tasty breakfast buffet with a good range of food . The restaurant food looked and smelled good and there was plenty of diners that evening. Given the age of the building there are plenty of stairs and a few strange levels . Parking can be difficult in the area

When we decided to visit Plauen we were really unsure what to expect. We didn't know much about the city or for that matter what hotel to consider let alone choose. …

The building looks great and also the interior looks like it is from a time long passed. You can spot very many well placed and decorated details. The food is also great. The thing that bothers me personally the most is the noise in the hotel rooms. Yes the building is old, I get it. But you can hear literally everything on the floor and in the room next door. From talking to TV noises and walking etc.Good place to visit and eat, but bad place to sleep.

I was there 2 weeks ago when we visited a german friend and her family for vacation. We went there for dinner. The food was delicious, good wine card, a wonderful and cozy atmosphere there with nice and polite waiter's. …
