This is the second time I've been here, and actually that's reason enough. I feel completely comfortable there. It is cozy, clean, spacious and the owners are always approachable and helpful. You should take your time for breakfast. The regional products are really tasty and everything is so beautifully prepared. This time I had a room on the street and still slept really well. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

We spent two nights here.Right on the street and therefore very loud.The room was spacious and clean, but the shower and toilet were very narrow and spartan! Unfortunately the room and bathroom were not cleaned in between. For breakfast the two of us were served a platter with sausage, cheese, nice garnishes and various pastries. Egg dishes were freshly prepared.Overall suitable for a short stay.

Phew, what can I say?I booked a room there with my partner because we were attending a concert there, but a friend spontaneously came along and had quickly booked a room separately. When we arrived we not only received a very friendly welcome, it was also no problem at all to spontaneously cancel the second room and have it combined into one room.While in other hotels I've already been called out for something like this &/or at least had to pay a cancellation fee because that would normally be too short a notice for most people, here it wasn't an issue at all & was implemented immediately, but that's a plus point for me.The room was nice and big & spacious, except for the bathroom, which was a bit small/cramped, but wasn't worth mentioning for us, but we still found it very nice & clean overall. I especially thought the bed was great, I felt like I was on a cloud. The location of the hotel is right on the street, but you hardly heard it at all if you had your window closed in the room. The forest outside was also just beautiful to look at.A sausage and cheese platter was provided for breakfast, as well as homemade muesli (?) which I found really tasty. Fresh eggs were also prepared upon request. Actually everything you need for a good breakfast was there. It should be said that everything was prepared and provided by the owners themselves, which I also found really nice.What was the most surprising and definitely the highlight for me/us was that the already very friendly host offered to drive us to the concert because the taxi location on site was rather difficult. He actually did this & without asking for anything in return. Something like that is absolutely not a given and shows that service is very important here. We are more than satisfied and can only wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, not only is it visually beautiful, the people behind it are also pure gold. Thank you very much, we won't be there for the last time. 😊

We really liked the Naturhotel Forsthaus. Idyllically located next to the forest, so you can access it directly via a path. The atmosphere is very familiar, the lovingly prepared breakfast with regional products stands out and the owners are very nice and accommodating.

They set new standards in terms of customer service and friendliness. We can fully recommend this hotel. There is also an extensive breakfast menu for vegans! (Let us know in advance)We felt incredibly comfortable and found our regular hotel for the entire area here. See you soon and thank you very much for the great time!Drinks are available all the time, so you always have everything from tea to beer available. Cathrin and Marco are fabulous hosts 🏆🥇☀️(Also, this is the best pool table I've played on)

Where do you start?Location is catastrophic right on the main road… therefore very loud.House looks very run down.There was also only minimal hot water. The rest just cold.Breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms were really top and breakfast was lovingly prepared.

We spent 3 nights in the forester's house and felt very comfortable. The room was quite large and clean. I would particularly like to highlight the great breakfast. Everything regional and organic and super delicious. In order to produce as little food waste as possible, there is no buffet, but table service. Very fine coffee from a barista machine. Thank you Cathrin and Marco for your hospitality.

Nice large rooms, comfortably furnished. The hosts, Ms. and Mr. Lopenz, are really warm and incredibly nice, always ready to provide information and suggestions.The really great highlight of the day was the beautifully prepared breakfast, a good selection of sausages, cheese, jams and even egg dishes upon request. There was always a special “surprise”.We are happy to recommend the Naturhotel Forsthaus with full conviction.I really don't want to exaggerate, it was just great.

We only spent one night here, but we were very satisfied. The room and breakfast were great and we were warmly welcomed. The innkeepers are very, very nice. Will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone who is on their way to the Erzgebirge.
