We were here for the first time. We were thrilled with the clean room and the whole ambience. The entire staff is super friendly. Wishes are also fulfilled immediately.Of course, some guests take advantage of the friendliness, which is simply outrageous. We were 100% satisfied and will definitely come back.

Were guests here for 5 days. Hotel is nicely located. The rooms are very nice, as is the bathroom, but there was no shelf in the shower to put your bottles on. But I liked the large storage area above the sink. Great!! Booked half board. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and there was something for everyone. For dinner there was a 3-course menu. A starter, two main courses to choose from and a dessert. Everything tasted great. And if there was something you didn't like, you could ask for alternatives and get them. The employees, such as the cleaning staff and the waitresses, were very, very friendly and accommodating. A stay here is definitely recommended. Thank you for the nice days.

A nice hotel with modern double rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dishes offered are tasty. Unfortunately, I find the breakfast buffet a bit poor. Me and other guests would have liked it if it were...Sunday morning there would have been fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. Unfortunately, it was also seen that the goods on offer come from discounters (e.g. Kaufland, etc.). Even fresh rolls are no problem these days. In my opinion, there is still room for improvement. Otherwise I can recommend the hotel.

We were extremely satisfied, very well fed, appealing breakfast, although I was missing something like scrambled/fried eggs and/or hot wienerle, for example, well, complaining at a high level and a matter of opinion, absolutely recommended by consensus. Rooms very good, cleanliness very good and you (woman) feel comfortable. In Franconian: it's fine. 😁

Nice country inn. Ample parking spaces. Unfortunately, in my opinion, Großrückerswalde should be seen as a starting point for excursions into the surrounding area as there was really nothing going on!The room was quite attractive, but really not for wheelchair users. At first you couldn't get into the bathroom with a 70cm wheelchair and then the bathroom is simply too narrow and there are no maneuvering spaces. NO air conditioning but, depending on the season, that's ok!The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.A "roller toilet" is available in the basement (public area). There is no special disabled parking space. The elevator is just enough for a standard wheelchair with an accompanying person.
