I’ve never felt so randomly mistreated. This kind of things should not happen on a place like a hostel, that is suppose to welcome foreigners and lots of different people. My stayed in this hostel was an awful uncomfortable experience.

Do not book with this hotel. They are liars. We needed to cancel this booking and they confirmed over the phone that they will provide a full refund with this cancellation but turned back on their word and charged us for the cancellation instead.They have entirely poor service because they completely and utterly lied.Do not stay at this hotel, if I could provide 0 stars, I would.— update—Once again, their response to this rating is poor.They told us over the phone when we cancelled the reservations on separate occasions, they will NOT charge us because they understood that we booked the wrong location.We would not be writing this review had they told us over the phone while we were cancelling the reservations with them that we wouldn’t get a refund.They literally confirmed there would be no charges and that is what they don’t understand. They turned their back on their word and ultimately left us with lies.**DO NOT STAY OR SPEND YOUR TIME HERE**

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER. They owners are rude, they lie and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced......and not just for a hotel I mean anywhere. We needed to change a date and they couldn't confirm this with us as they never man their reception.....they also do not give any details on how to check in so if you turn up here without speaking to them then good luck. As a result we were forced to book through booking.com so had 2 bookings......and they refused to refund us EVEN THOUGH the only reason we went through booking.com was because they refused to confirm the amendment on our original booking. If you are ever in the area and need a place to crash just sleep in your car and save yourself the hassle, if there was a 0 star option then they would have it.

Newly built hotel with rooms and apartments in a good location directly on the B173, Freiberg exit towards Dresden. Nevertheless, it is quiet and the windows are well soundproofed. Everything is spacious, well-equipped and clean. Breakfast is available for a moderate additional charge. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the inner courtyard. We were absolutely satisfied.

Very nice, new hostel.There are rooms of different sizes, the 2 bed room is not huge, but big enough.The location is good, everything essential is within walking distance.I thought 2 different colors for the towels were great - it's immediately clear which is mine and which is yours.Ashtrays placed on the balcony for smokers. Great idea.

The rooms are quite small, but well maintained and clean. Sufficient for an overnight stay on a business trip. Check-in possible via an outside safe, very convenient if you arrive late. Parking spaces available. The price for the overnight stay is rather cheap.

Been back home again. And heard about elly hostel. You can access the hostel via an assigned code.Ran without any problems. Great concept!!!We had the room (small colliery) and were pleasantly surprised; it even had a small refrigerator and a kettle with 2 cups.Unfortunately I missed drinking glasses.;!!Big praise for the mega cleanliness!!!!!Parking spaces very tight.!We can only recommend this hostel!!! And will definitely come back!!Wish the whole team, keep it up!!!!!👍👍
