The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished. Eating meals on the terrace when the weather is nice is also very nice and creates a cozy atmosphere!The ambience is quiet and very well maintained. You can reach the city within a 5-minute walk via the wonderful rose garden. 😊

In October 2021 we stayed at Haus Zedtwitz for four nights. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome and was always available to answer any questions. The holiday apartment is in perfect condition. You immediately feel at home. The beds were nicely made up. A bottle of champagne was ready for reception. There are real plants in all rooms. The decoration was adapted to the season. The equipment was very modern and well maintained. The cleanliness is at hotel level.The house is in a quiet location, but you can still reach everything on foot. The nearest baker is 350 meters away.We'd love to come back!

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor, very large, stylish, for 3 people, bedroom, living room, two TVs, wi-fi, equipped kitchen with welcome champagne, large bathroom with a washing machine, balconies, mezzanine next to the living room. There is a small parking lot under the house, and the house is accessed via steep stairs. No breakfast - which is an advantage because you can prepare your own meal in the kitchen. A great place for New Year's Eve and holidays, I recommend it!

Cozy and beautifully decorated apartment in which we immediately felt at home. Clean, tidy and well-equipped, perfect for a short holiday with the family or as a couple. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

Not really meat, not fish. Too little service for a hotel (no reception, no breakfast, just individual rooms), one room too small for a guesthouse, and the whole thing too expensive.Staff tried hard, OK. Steep stairs to the house, not all that easy. For me a 3+

We were guests at Haus Zedtwitz in September 2019,The welcome from the very nice hostess was very warm.The apartment is very clean and well maintained, the furnishings are new.The house is in a quiet location but still very central.We can only recommend!!!

We had apartment number 3 for one night. This apartment smelled strongly of perfume. There was mold on the window seals. In the bathroom the refrigerator and microwave were right next to the shower!!! Black furniture...well. The apartment door was broken and could not be closed.The terrace hadn't been cleaned for weeks...there was no parking space at the house either.Price was ok. There wasn't anything more positive.

Very nice house in a good location, very well-kept rooms with good facilities. Refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and more. In the evening you can relax on the terrace, we can absolutely recommend it!
