I spent a weekend in this guesthouse and everything was great. The room was new and modern with a separate bathroom and an integrated open kitchen area. We didn't use it, but it seemed very comfortable and chic. The owner of the accommodation was very friendly and committed. You didn't feel like a paying customer at all, but actually like a welcome guest. The breakfast was delicious, extensive and prepared with love. I will gladly come again.

Unfortunately we couldn't get an impression of the house and the rooms because we were changed to a hotel an hour before we got there without asking us. We didn't think that was great, especially since the hotel cost a lot more.

We came to this guesthouse very spontaneously and were only there for a short time, although we could have stayed there for much longer. The landlady is very nice and the room was great, both in terms of cleanliness, furnishings and nice little things.A clear recommendation!

We didn't have the best room, we were told. No hairdryer available, windows without fly nets, refrigerator, freezer compartment, window sills dirty. Cobwebs including spider and dead tailor included in the price. There was loud conversation in the hallway at 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. in the morning. Very noisy, separate beds. The owner and staff are very nice, but if you value cleanliness, then it's better to use another accommodation.

Very warm and familiar atmosphere with a rich breakfast every day. Super clean and lovingly furnished rooms. Despite the nearby railway line, we had quiet nights. You can also sit and chat with the landlady Conny for a bit longer in the evening. There was also dry and lockable storage for our motorcycles. All in all, an impeccable and beautiful accommodation. Many thanks to Conny and team. Greetings from Görlitz & Bautzen

We arrived for an overnight stay and, oh no, no towels, an unequipped kitchen, an unlockable toilet shared with the toilet, no television. Fortunately, there were only four of us. For the full number of beds (9) - not suitable. Lang

The house is currently being renovated, but only very poorly and without great quality standards, which resulted in the ceiling light coming off when the bathroom door was closed. It couldn't be repaired during our stay, so we put a living room lamp in it.Our apartment had supposedly just been finished, but the small kitchenette was completely torn down, broken and only equipped with one pot. Upon request, we were provided with some utensils, but they first had to be cleaned of dirt. There were still no pot lids, spatulas, toasters or kettles. Not a tea towel either - you should dry the dishes with Zewa, as this supposedly makes them cleaner. The bath towels were stained right from the start. All noises could be heard from the next room, including the snoring noises of the roommate. There were no bedside lamps and no bedside table. The whole house smells like cigarette smoke because the owners smoke in the kitchen. Those with cat allergies should avoid booking, as the scratching and sleeping tree is right down in the hallway. All in all very sobering. This is not today's standard - not even for this price. Where the good reviews come from is a complete mystery to us... There's nothing good about it.Short version: It's dirty (not renovation dirt, although you should be informed about the all-day construction noise before you arrive!), stinks and you can hear all the conversations and activities of the people in your room.
