We stayed for 5 nights there on a business trip. Overpriced, no service at all, rooms are enormous, but the bathrooms smelled like hamsters, the shared kitchen was filthy, and it smelled weird.

Uncomplicated and well-furnished rooms.The new ones are a little more expensive but great.The older rooms are not quite as modern but functional and clean.Only the televisions should have been made a bit larger.

Bett4you has often been a flexible and good solution for me. Most of the time something was possible at short notice. It is clean and well maintained with a good price-performance ratio. The accommodation is surrounded by a larger golf course. You can also enjoy a wine or beer in the evening in a very relaxed, relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always polite and courteous.

Youth hostel atmosphere. The shared kitchen and bathroom were very dirty, but the former was clean after a complaint. The TV is a small monitor, there are no towel racks. Except the heating, which doesn't work. At 4 degrees outside temperature. When I asked, the contact person told me: "Well, the first of May, the heating is off, that's basically the law. These are new times, we have to get used to it."By the way, we had to pay an extra €5 a day for “energy costs”. In addition to the 80€ per night per room. (By the way, the neighboring room was equipped with underfloor heating and was therefore warm).So we took a warm shower, then stepped under the cold vent that is right in front of the shower and dried ourselves off with the cold towels.The whole complex borders on a highway, which you have to cross on foot, without traffic lights. So if the gate is open.It's clear that you won't have quiet nights if you have a room on the golf course with a party room, but it's still worth mentioning.Positive: The adjacent restaurant makes delicious cocoa and the bed was clean.

Total chaos with all the reservations that the wedding couple made 1 and 1/2 years ago for 80 guests! The wedding couple was even thrown out shortly before the big day. Just annoying, there's a smell of smoke throughout the building and the lamps are a joke, some of them don't work.The prices for the rooms are far too high and the surcharge of €10 per room is incomprehensible due to “increased energy prices”.Unnecessary excitement for everyone, unfortunately these disagreements really dampened the anticipation of the wedding.Reservations that the wedding couple have already made

CATASTROPHIC! I advise every couple/guest celebrating in the beautiful gold barn/gold treasure not to book. It could well be that the room you paid for in advance will NOT be available. Unfortunately, this happened the day before and on the day of our wedding - not just in one case - several times, also with guests with small children. Every comment/complaint about this is treated completely arrogantly and condescendingly by Susanne Rahlfs, if at all. Every other employee on site cannot provide any information and refers to Ms. Rahlfs - scary. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. This was also reflected in the so-called breakfast - it was forgotten for 30 guests and an attempt was made to retrofit it at short notice. We didn't even hear the word 'sorry'. The demand for the booked and paid for rooms was treated as harassment. An arrogance that screams to heaven - disgusting. No trace of service or customer friendliness.Celebrate in the beautiful barn or in the great gold treasure, but don't book this accommodation. There are enough hotels in the area, taxi service until well after midnight, everything is easy - saves everyone a lot of hassle and nerves. Especially as a celebrating wedding couple.

Unfortunately it's terrible. It's now half past four in the morning and the entire hallway in the guest house is full of drunk, bullying guests who became aggressive after we first asked them and then clearly called for them to calm down. They are small town bigwigs and the four of them clearly feel comfortable. In addition, the rooms were not ready by the agreed date from the 14thEven though we were only here at 4 p.m. In addition, the room is partly dirty and the shared kitchen is terrible. Ballermann golf!
