We were given a room with a shared terrace which the others used as a smoking area. The problem was during the night they would come out to smoke and it would trigger the outside lights, this happened 3 times so we never got any sleep. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately we didn't have warm water to shower on the first morning. You should have heard my girlfriend's scream all the way to reception. No info, no apology. Rooms very nice. Breakfast great. Have already booked again. But we would have been happy if they had asked us when we checked out whether we liked it and wished us a good trip. Little things like that make a stay complete.

We booked the old building room with a total of five friends because we thought we would be on the road most of the time anyway and that would be enough for overnight stays. We were surprised by the bad weather and the announcement that we would be getting a completely renovated new building instead of the old building. The new building left us speechless, a beautiful apartment with a bright and friendly new interior. Stylish just the way we like it.We would like to thank you again for this upgrade. It was a feel-good experience, a huge bathroom with a great rain shower in which you could even dance. The rooms were bright and friendly, each with a large TV and the beds were super comfortable...We really enjoyed our stay despite the weather. The bathroom even had underfloor heating. It was very luxurious throughout.There was also breakfast, which more than satisfied us in all respects. In the end, all we can say is that we did everything right.Attached are the pictures of the wonderful apartment

The best thing was the breakfast buffet, good selection of fresh rolls and good bread, various types of cold cuts and cheese, salmon, fruit etc. of good quality and cleanly presented.The room however was a disappointment. Spartan furnishings, no wardrobe, worn bed linen (see PHOTO).GOOD the TV.The bathroom was very narrow and urgently in need of renovation. Rust on the shower enclosure, a window that couldn't be opened and was very unsightly (see photos). No extractor hood. Leaky faucet and the cleanliness left a lot to be desiredThe room could only be reached via a steep, narrow staircaseImpossible for people with walking difficulties. There was no information about this in advance. The hotel was booked. However, accommodated in a guest house. No advance notice on this either.

Good location, unfortunately the heating went off at 6 p.m. and we froze that night with the thin summer duvet. And that in November!!

It's better not to book this hotel. Luckily we were only there for one night as a stopover on the way back from Heligoland. really gross and disgusting. look at the photos. This room cost us €90. lots of mold, loose sockets dadida..

In the middle of Büsum, everything is easily accessible without a car! Great hotel, breakfast buffet was very tasty
