Fraudulent accommodation, ordered at Agoda when checking in, the reason was that they no longer dealt with the Agoda application, after a long time the refund process was written on the order, the hotel claimed that the guest did not arrive on time, this is really looking for illegal money, fraud

The hotel is not clear, the employees are not friendly at all. The price in the application is different from the location, with the reason that you no longer participate in the application. Forced not to stay overnight and look for another place.

Actually, the place is nice and comfortable..it's just that there are no bathroom facilities such as soap and shampoo..maybe it would be even OK if you got extra coffee in the morning...

Booking via tiket.com price 149,000 got reduced to 113,000 for the AC room until there was a fan, so you added another 50,000 to get the AC room, the room you got didn't match the photo, the shower only used a pipe... I'll give up.

The service is not polite, the guest is at least respectful... when I checked in I was left playing games... I almost didn't stay overnight because of the lack of service... because it was already 11 o'clock at night to look for another hotel and my eyes couldn't stand it so I was forced... to the place is not clean, the bathroom and the arrangement of the blankets is not neat...

The hotel doesn't have a generator when the lights are off... so the rooms are hot and there's no ventilation either...

The place is narrow, guys, in the same building as Dea Wijaya department store on the 2nd floor in the corner.When you want to check in, you are asked for proof of payment from the hotel booking application. Then leave your ID card, and we will be given a towel and a room key.I booked on Agoda for 130k including tax. Just got room number 3 near the reception. When I entered the room, it was nice and clean, but it turned out to be a fan, I thought it was an AC. The atmosphere is not comfortable because sounds (vehicles, receptionist chatter, guests) from outside can still be heard.Can drink, breakfast too (but only get 2 slices of bread).Don't expect hot water, there isn't any, bro.His intention to enjoy it doesn't seem to be suitable.

The room is clean, the mattress is also comfortable, the room is not bad, but the bathroom needs repair, you can see in the attached photo that the hanger is still using a bucket,and if you order from Traveloka, you get a fan, you use a fan 😭 it has AC but it's dead 😭
