The photos no longer match. Needs a lot of repairs here and there, you can see my photos. Drinking in the room can only be glass mineral water with the straw no longer in plastic ๐You have to ask for soap first, there is no shampoo. The linen is already yellow, even brown. Maybe because it is close to UNEJ, it still exists. Maybe if the location is far from UNEJ, with facilities and infrastructure like now, the hotel will have closed because consumers have abandoned it.The staff is ok, friendly and helpful. Make improvements immediately, it will definitely be busier and consumers will be loyal...

There's a lot more to pay attention to1. There is no doormat2. There are towels but they are no longer suitable for use (like mats and torn)3. The bath soap ran out and was not filled4. There is no toothpaste5. The AC is not cold6. Cleanliness of the bathroom (lots of ants)7. The mattress is not comfortable (not soft and has lots of pears) so you don't sleep well/your body hurts8. It's quiet and dark, and there are lots of empty rooms but the doors are openEven though the price can be said to be expensive, the facilities and services are inadequate and do not meet expectations!!

chaotic. Just entering, we were greeted by a horde of ants. a lot of. I want to move but the AC isn't cold in the other room.the sink is broken. leaking. the AC also leaks. suddenly there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room.great.

Previously satisfied service. Since 2019, my family has often stayed and been a regular here. But over time there are many shortcomings. Until today (December 2023. Sorry, please allow me to criticize:1. Towels and mats are not directly provided in the room. So we ask, then we give it2. The AC is not cold in the lower family type rooms3. In the upper room there are mice. Until my father's hand was bitten. And no first aid medicines such as betadine are provided. The officer only apologized and did not take the initiative to buy Betadine.FYI: being bitten by a rat can cause infection, etc. because we don't know if there are viruses/bacteria in the rat's body (eg leptospirosis). The employees seemed to think this was trivial.Please improve it more. My family and I don't want to stay at the Ebiz Hotel anymore. Thanks
