The rooms are quite clean. poor service, unhelpful. The only attraction for a larger number of people is the billiards which closes for guests at 10-11 p.m.

I have not travelled in a long time, but the hotel was a beautiful oasis in the hot weather. The staff was patient, polite and professional. They carefully translated my poor German and helped me to understand the area.The sleeping room itself was rather large, clean and comforting. There was not any air conditioning because it was not needed. The choice curtains for the interior kept things humble. The bathroom was beautifully set (I wish that I had a room like this!) The outlets ready for hair drying and toothbrushes if needed.The Breakfast buffet was a refreshing reminder of good food for a weary traveler. Never take anything for granted, and be thankful for your travels ahead!Thank you for such wonderful and friendly service.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! The rooms are great except for the lighting and are always clean. Despite the main road being nearby, you can't hear anything from the cars or from your neighbors when the windows are closed. I haven't tried the breakfast yet.

It's enough to stay overnight, it's cheaper than my favorite hotel, but when I'm asked when I arrive how many rolls I want to eat the next morning and what kind of rolls, then I ask myself whether it's normal that my rolls are already counted and served. The hotel is located between a federal highway and the highway, window helps but isn't nice. Carpet in the hallway is patched unprofessionally, room walls are cracked at the edges, light in the bathroom flickers... positive is the price and it's clean. I also slept well...that's exactly three ⭐ overall rating.

Simple hotelThere was no possibility to drink in the evening.And they were not allowed to sit downstairs because the tables were set.But rooms fine. Easy. Same as the shower. Fine

😡….. I stayed there from August 16th/8th 17th, 24.Very run down shabby accommodation.It was switched off by the breakfast staff on the television with music, yes, because parents were upset by some hyperactive, spoiled brat. They were constantly looking at the television and forgetting to eat.Where can you find something like that? Do I have to take parents and parents into account when things go wrong, or what??? 👀Sparse, manageable breakfast.You sit like chickens on the perch, close together. 😡 (uncomfortable)Was in room 223, very dirtyOld and dilapidated.The distance between the faucet and the basin in the bathroom is also not right, you can't even wash your hands properly!!! 😡(Windows, insects on ceilings and walls, shower head, carpet, etc.)….. Never again, thanks for nothing. 😡

You don't need anything more, despite being close to the main road, the rooms are quite quiet and practically no frills. Good location. Great service, breakfast is really great and the coffee...hhmm. The really nice and friendly nature of the employees really speaks for itself. When we are back in Elmshorn, we will come back here.
