Been here before but never reviewed. Lovely little coffee shop. We popped in for snacks whilst walking on Niendorf Promenade. Easily found just round the corner from the small harbour, right on the seaside prom. …

Seriously, stay away. The view doesn't make up for the unprofessional staff, especially the owners. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Acted like it was our fault the room was dirty and stank of old socks.

We spent 4 days on vacation at Timmendorfer Strand and were positively surprised by the accommodation. Rooms very neat and clean. Same with the bathroom. I can't confirm some of the recessions. Except one point. The problem with the parking lot. Luckily we found a street not far away where we even parked for free.☝️

I will never go to the hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Our room faced the back yard with a view of trash cans and trash. The restaurant's extractor hood was right next to our room, which was very loud and smelly. Added to this was the cigarette smoke from the cooks who smoked outside our room during their breaks. It also smelled like baby powder in the stairwell. There were lots of stains on the walls in the room and the mattresses were a disgrace. It's a shame because the location of the hotel is great.

First of all, thank you for 4 wonderful days. Always my pleasure.The room was clean really clean. The floor freshly cleaned. The beds are clean, beautifully decorated, which is nice to see. The route to the room could be better mentioned in the description.I can only speak about room 6 because we booked that room.We will definitely book room 6 again.Certainly the garden or the path could be better maintained, but we don't expect to be cleaned three times a day. So not a minus point. The Farten is pure nature. Everything in all at any time,5 minutes walk to the Baltic Sea.Eating in the house which wasn't our thing, but that's a matter of taste.Food can be reached in 6 minutes and was very satisfied.Please keep it up, thank you again.

We definitely won't book this hotel again! Unprofessional and unfriendly communication, poor price-performance ratio. Since we were unfortunately unable to have a constructive conversation with the operators, we are now unfortunately making it public here.We booked the hotel through Check24.Arrival: Monday 10:30 p.m. Departure: Wednesday 11:00 a.m.Promoted by the unlimited arrival with a practical key box. You will receive a confirmation email with a PIN. Arrived at 10:30 p.m. in the rain and found the key box, not as stated in other reviews, but actually found it very quickly. Problem: the PIN that was sent to us was far too long.. the phone number given on the website cannot be reached.. all emails and messages checked. PIN entered in all combinations. The “guest folder” with further information was not sent to me. After almost an hour, the caretaker was very friendly and told us the correct PIN over the phone. The hotel room made a very tidy and nicely decorated first impression. Upon closer inspection, we found a few defects, so I wrote a message to the operator at night. The fridge doesn't cool properly, the floor was sandy and dirty, there were cobwebs in the shower, the room was very poorly soundproofed, in our room there was a door directly into the neighboring apartment only with a couch blocked, the chest of drawers was broken... We preferred all of this to the operator privately share, because that's the way it should be. We only received a message via the portal with blame through supposed screenshots of chats, saying that the operator had done everything right and we hadn't read everything. Not true, certain information was simply not sent! So we asked again for a personal conversation, which didn't happen. No further response received on Tuesday. On the day of departure we saw early on that at 9:30 p.m. the information came that our car would be incorrectly parked in the hotel's reserved parking spaces and that the vehicle would be towed if it was not moved immediately. At the same time, the caretaker was found around 9:00 a.m., regardless of whether the car was driven away or not, €30 had to be paid. “He has to stick to the rules” and of course he doesn’t get a bill for it. All good, problem solved. Asked again for a personal conversation with the operator. Now it's getting bold: A woman walked towards the hotel room while talking on the phone, said "Hello" once and then ran away again, got into the car and disappeared. In retrospect it turned out that it was the operator. Nobody could know. 2 hours later another message arrived asking that the car be towed if a certain amount was not paid. Urgently requested an interview again.Afterwards, we only received a very unfriendly message from the operator, saying that they had not received any calls from us and that we were lying about all attempts to communicate.Very unprofessional!

Can't be surpassed in audacity!!We spontaneously booked the hotel for 2 nights and have already written an honest review because all personal contact attempts with the operator were actively repelled.The answer to our first review from the operator contains PROVIDENTLY false statements!I called the operator at 5:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and asked how check-in was going because we wanted to arrive late in the evening/or at night!A “guest folder” with all the necessary information was never (and verifiably) sent to us. We had to ring the caretaker out of bed at night because otherwise we would have had to sleep outside in the rain. This is an emergency in my opinion. We also didn't receive any information, that's not true. And “multiple” text messages regarding the parking situation were never sent! There was only one and it came late in the evening before the day of departure. We tried to contact the operator several times and NEVER mentioned a single syllable that we wanted to get our money back. This claim is simply false and super disrespectful! We wanted to communicate any criticism to the operator personally and decently, but from her point of view there was absolutely no interest!We have plenty of written evidence of such bottomless communication. The operator simply doesn’t care about conflict resolution. It was never about publicly shaming the hotel, but rather discussing honest problems in order to improve them.The presumptuous statement that you have problems reading correctly is really more than inappropriate and unprofessional!The operator's response to our review borders on slander.We have provided several email addresses and telephone numbers with several urgent requests for a PERSONAL conversation. It can't be that hard.I am very disappointed. Everything could have turned out completely differently.
