Hotel is fine apart from the paper thin walls. Feels like it doesn't matter where in the whole building someone is walking, I will know that someone is walking. When someone walks through the corridor outside my room, its so loud it feels like my room door is open. I can also hear my neighbour behind the wall, talk on the phone for the whole night.

Brand new hotel. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is in a quit area and a Mc Donald is available on the other side on the street. Air conditioning is available. Good price and free of charge parking. Quite poor breakfast which is unusual for a German hotel. Be aware that there is nobody at the welcome desk during the night.

Good for sleepover on the way. Beds are very good, service is easy, speaks a bit of English. Rooms are quite.well.sound proof. The italian restaurant next door is worth a try.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights while on a group trip to Germany. It is clean and quiet, the beds are comfy, tje breakfast very diverse. Free wifi in the rooms add to the charm 😀 There is a McDonalds just across the street and a big supermarket around the corner, which come in handy.

A very convenient choice for Hamburg stopovers. Plenty of parking, friendly staff. I opted for a superior room on 3rd floor so had masses of space. A good breakfast but the room was over hot for eating. No air conditioning, kettles or fridges in the rooms . Local facilities include McDonalds & a large supermarket.

Quick amd efficient check in. Helpful staff at the reception. Room was 9f decent size with an ensuite bath. Bed was comfy and shower had nice hot shower. Good breakfast options available. Good place to stay on business trips.

Worst experience with a hotel so far. When we arrived the reception was already closed because of covid regulations. We were informed and this was no issue. However, when we got to the room it was very dirty. There was even a clump of blood and mucus on one of the "clean" sheets. This was totally unacceptable obviously so we tried contacting someone from the hotel, which wasn't easy. We eventually found an emergency phone number but the person that picked up barely spoke English and said he didn't have a car so couldn't come over. When I asked what I should do next, he just said he had no idea and couldn't help me. We packed our things and left as fast as we could

We stayed here one night on our road trip. Everything was great, welcoming staff, close to the motorway, clean rooms, newly renovated and ok breakfast. It was also very price worthy and the parking was free. The standard was way higher than other hotels we stayed at.

Stayed here a night while driving south on vacation. It served its purpose fairly well, its very close to Autobahn and everything is working. A bit odd with huge keys that you cannot really put anywhere when leaving outside of reception opening though.||Restaurant was surprisingly good.
