The management of this inn must improve.- the mattress is no longer suitable for accommodation. The sheets used by previous visitors were not replaced, only tidied up,- no towels- no soap- AC is not normal- TV is just a display- The power plug is connected to a cable but is channeled through the window, so the window cannot be closed tightly- the bathroom is not well maintained (there are traces of dirt from previous visitors which were not cleaned)- the water smells a bit, the shower comes out small- and looks shabby- the smell of cigarettes everywhereHighly not recommended for business trips or holidays.

Absolutely disastrous in every way. We had just spent a night in transit and we completely refused the room because it was so filthy. No window, twin beds (even though we had requested a double bed) not even at the same height (yes yes), dirty sheets with grease stains, hairs, etc. And the highlight of the show: a horrible bathroom, black with grime, dusty, with dysfunctional toilets. Frankly, I still prefer to wash in the sea!

The location is very strategic, near the hospital and close to the city square,Very friendly service,Comfortable for children,Facilities are also good,There is AC, TV and private bathroom,The only minus is that the bathroom is not clean🙏My advice is that every time a guest checks out, the staff immediately cleans the bathroom 🥰Thank you for your service ❣️ I hope Kartini gets better day by day in all aspects.

The staff doesn't respect visitors, especially the young man who wears glasses..I'm sure he's not the owner of Kartini..or if he is the owner, hopefully he can be more respectful of visitors. When I arrived he didn't respect, the service wasn't friendly, I was only given the room key, and I was told to look for my own room... and when I looked for information about the train station and laundry, the answer was curt and seemed to belittle me as someone older than him...The rooms are dirty, especially room number 1 which I stayed in, in the toilet there are still traces of feces from previous visitors... and the bed in room number 1 makes a very bad sound, please repair or replace it... visitors need rest... how can you rest if the bed makes a lot of noise? loud if we move...The only good point is that the distance to the train station is a bit close...not close..Hopefully we can improve ourselves to be better, and be more humane towards humans... especially older ones

I apologize in advance to the manager of this homestay, because this is an honest review, so that the facilities can be improved.I only stayed here one night, the intention was to rest peacefully and soundly because the location was close to where I was going, it turned out to be really beyond expectations, I couldn't sleep at all, because there were lots of bed bugs, my body had bumps all over it, I couldn't sleep at all , the mattress is also worn out, spring bed but it feels like sleeping on a wire, pillow...especially the bathroom, it looks like it has never been cleaned, the floor is slippery and dirty, the toilet lid is broken, the tub and scoop are black, the door is also broken.The AC isn't cold at all, the TV is just a display, the blankets are basic. there is no soap, towels.Hopefully this can be brought to the attention of the homestay management, so that it will be looked at and repaired again...That's all and thank you

The staff, thin ladies, I don't know her name, she's very polite and kind and friendly, the room is quite nice, basically I really like it on the floor, the AC is cold, only the bathroom is really dirty, it's crusty, stuff like that, there's no light either, the water flow is very small too , so we took a shower and still looked for a mosque, there was no parking space for cars either.At that time, I didn't have time to take photos, so I'm sorry I couldn't give you photos

Criticism is a sign of attention, so that business owners can improve and increase customers.So it's like this, I booked last night because I had work to do in Probolinggo, I was from out of town, staying overnight so I could rest comfortably, in fact I couldn't rest comfortably.the points:- The hotel area is not kept clean- The front of my room number 6 is full of tools and the mattress looks dirty.- the spring bed feels springy, but that's not a problem, the problem is that the pillow cover smells like it has been used before.- the air conditioner doesn't sound a problem for me because it works, it's cool- This is the first time using the red**** application and got a room without blankets, towels, at least bottled mineral water. but that's not a problem for me who brings my own toiletries.- most problematic: I booked one of the rooms so that I had a place to shower because I was traveling out of town. the bathroom was dirty, I drained the contents of the bucket which previously had water and the bottom was mossy, it was my turn to clean and prepare to shower, the water tap turned down and turned off- As a result, when I checked out, I told the receptionist that the water was dead and I couldn't even take a shower, the boss just answered; The sanyo is dead, because when it is turned on the water overflows. For me, that's not an answer, when I asked further, what would the guest do if he wanted to take a shower, bro? he was silent and did not answer. very disappointed..Hopefully in the future the service can be improved again, the location is strategic in the middle of the city close to other places and facilities, come on, we can do it...
