Very beautiful location, had a nice stay. We had a few complaints regarding cleanliness & furnishing, but received instant help and discount.

Holiday only suitable for people with little luggage as parking is only intended in the parking garage provided, but if you still want to take your luggage out in front of the house like we did, the ticket clerk will come by promptly and you will be warned, as we were, in the amount of money of 55€. Very negative point. The complex makes a very clean and satisfactory impression and there are also some playgrounds for children.

Location is great. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small for 2 people. The kitchen equipment is more than thrown together and hardly usable. Lids don't fit on pots, small plates for breakfast, or normal glasses.Pillows shouldn't actually be called pillows. Far too small and flat.2 person rooms are not usable.

The apartment is great. Really great location.Unfortunately, it's the little things that have a lasting impact on your stay. So the cleanliness is not as good as you would like. In the bathroom there is no shelf in the shower for shower gel, shampoo, etc.In the kitchen there was only a stopper for the sink, without a chain. So you had to fumble until you finally got the stopper out of the basin.Unfortunately, the mattress in the bedroom was already sagging. Sleeping on the right side was not possible. Therefore my husband wanted to use the sofa bed. That didn't work at all. Way too hard. You could feel every bar. That's why we decided to buy an air mattress. Then it went.TVs couldn't be turned. One remote control for both. Doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, complaining didn't help. Since we were traveling a lot, we made the most of it.Conclusion: It was too expensive for that, despite a great location. The owner should spend a week there himself.

Holiday apartment unsuitable for families with children as the bathroom and bedroom are in one room.Holiday apartment far too expensive and then final cleaning for €130 extda even though it wasn't clean. The kitchen is also a joke. Very little cutlery, you can't fill the dishwasher. Conclusion: there really are better holiday resorts

Nicely located, close to the beach and with the 9€ ticket you can take the passenger ferry directly over to Travemünde. The facility is very modern and beautifully designed. There is also a lot on offer for small children. Very dog friendly.Point deduction for the lack of privacy. Due to the narrow construction of the houses, you can see directly into the windows of several neighbors and all balconies are also visible.Second point deducted for the kitchen, which is modern in itself, but in the small apartments it only has two hotplates & a microwave but no stove, a refrigerator that you could only use half of (the door brackets were broken) & half of it The wardrobe was occupied by the vacuum cleaner (but there wouldn't have been anywhere else for it). And the reception is only staffed until 5:30 p.m., but regular check-in is only possible from 4:00 p.m. So we couldn't make the complaints until the next day.And the bed was a disaster. A double bed was specified, but they were single beds with toppers that took on a life of their own at night. Both the beds and the toppers slipped around at night (just a note, I'm not one to toss and turn a lot at night). Restful sleep on vacation looks different for me.

The apartments are very nice and their size is completely sufficient for a short trip. However, the apartment cannot accommodate more than 4 people.Guests should be told that the entrance doors can also be closed quietly using the transponder.

Very nicely located. Almost all balconies are visible. The complex is generally arranged so that neighbors can see each other. Privacy is only possible with the curtains closed. Kitchen well equipped. Single beds with toppers (visitor cracks) are quite soft. The layout of the apartments takes some getting used to.

Small apartment, as described. However, there were some disadvantages. Many visitors park their vehicle directly on the street instead of using the free parking garage after unloading. This means that the distances to loading and unloading are very long. The houses are very close together. So you can always see what the neighbors are doing. Likewise vice versa. The curtains are good for the night, they only darken the room during the day. At night you could hear a quiet humming noise, the origin of which unfortunately could not be determined. The apartment was okay for 2 people, but if we had been 4 people it would have been very tight. The accommodation itself was clean and tidy. The Novasol employees were very nice and friendly. Okay for a short vacation, I doubt whether you can stand it for longer.
