We found this apartment hard to find due to it being on a side street. Also we had to wait 30 mins for the owner to arrive to let us in. We didnt realise you had to call 30 mins before you arrived so please remember to do this. …

we liked our stay here. Large room, clean, comfortable. Not for older people with luggage. Steep stairs and no elevator. You need to have a phone to contact the guy who lets you in.the Appartment. You will need to wait about 45 minutes

Just in the centrum, near many restaurants, above an italian one. Apartament was ok big, but not really clean (old eggs on a pan, dirty sink in the bathroom, broken closet door, broken toilet seat...), should have a wifi, but it did not …

Very nice apartment in a great location. Check in a bit complicated. Address is for an Italian restaurant. Must call 1/2 hour before arriving so someone can meet you with keys and avoid having to waiting.

Unfortunately apartment 4 does not correspond to the pictures. Many pieces of furniture were badly damaged, the table almost fell apart and the holder for the shower head was completely missing... There was also water damage on the ceiling. When we arrived we discovered that there was still food left in the tea towel and a dishwashing sponge was missing. The rooms are not cleaned during the stay, which would have been ok if there had been at least a broom, rag and the like. After waiting on hold for a while on the phone, someone was available and we received a few sponges. The bed linen and towels were washed, but we also saw some stains there. There were some stains, especially under the bed sheets. In general, the apartment is in great need of renovation, the windows don't seal well and therefore it was noisier. It was enough for a short overnight stay.

The Obertrave apartment house impresses with its central location directly on the Trave. The location is perfect: there are numerous restaurants in front of the door, and the boat for a boat tour leaves right in front of it. The city center and the train station can be easily reached on foot. After a telephone arrangement, the key handover was completely uncomplicated by a very friendly employee. The apartment is functionally furnished and clean, with TV, bathroom, WiFi and kitchen. We would book again. Thank you.The loving furnishings are a little lacking. In the somewhat old-fashioned bathroom there were no hooks for towels and little storage space. The kitchen was a little spartan. An extra towel, some tea or coffee, some spices and a paper towel would have been nice additions.

Really nice apartment if you don't expect too much. We were 4 people for 2 nights. Beautiful view, good opportunities right outside the door, plenty of restaurants, parking garages in the area and the location was perfect!
