I can’t seem to separate the reviews for the hotel and the restaurant so this will be for both. The Black Forest cake in the restaurant is worth the whole trip. Don’t let its small size dissuade you. I see a lot of bad reviews for service but my service was perfect - very attendant without being overbearing. The rooms are fabulous and the ones facing the river have a wonderful reading nook.

On one hand, it serves a fantastic breakfast with a variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The staff is also very friendly and attentive in the morning, and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. On the other hand, the dinner experience is disappointing. The menu is expensive for an average food and the staff seems to ignore the customers, mainly when they are at the bar or at the front desk (had this experience several times).I would recommend this restaurant for breakfast only, and avoid it for dinner. It's a shame that such a great place in the morning turns into such a letdown at night.

Nautilo is Very expensive for small portions. Good was good but not worth the exorbitant cost and small portions.

Had 3 courses on a thuesday evening. 6 tables with guests, 4 Walters on the floor. The food was ok, the service horrible. We ordered both white and red wine for starters and main cource. Red whine never showed, we asked again when main dish was served, still it was a no show. After starters we orderd water. That was also no show. We asked again at main dish serving, still no show. They then billed us for water but not the wine. Not a single sign of remorse when we pointed out the errors, no excuse, no anything. They did remove the water off the bill, wow, thanks.

We wanted to end a great concert evening at the MuK at the bar in the Nautilo. The waitress there didn't even look at us and instead busied herself with sorting glasses. The guests at the next table were luckier. At least an order was taken, which they picked up at the counter themselves after 25 minutes because the ice in the cocktails had almost melted. We then left after about half an hour without any attention from the staff and began our thirsty one-hour drive home.Thank you for nothing. Guaranteed we won't come back. We really didn't want to disturb you.

Disastrous service when we had to order 5 drinks, 2 Irish Coffee, 2 Mojito and 1 Cortado, on a Saturday night. We had to wait 45 minutes before everyone had their drinks. At first we had to stand and wait for a long time while the waiter stood and put glasses in place without paying attention to whether there were customers waiting to be served. When he realized there were customers, he had no idea who had been waiting the longest. When we got our drinks several of them were wrong and we had to wait even longer to get them made the right ones. When everything was finally right, all the ice cubes were melted in the 2 mojitos, and asked for some fresh MED ice cubes. However, the bartender refused to do this as, according to him, there were many others waiting. It was only after a discussion with the waiter and us that we finally got our drinks. Meanwhile, the others had to drink their Irish coffee and cortado so as not to get completely cold.

The worst steak I have ever eaten in this category of hotel (restaurant). Like it's made of rubber, hardly edible, very strange taste. Plus it's cold. My companion's steak tasted a little better but was also cold. Side dishes are OK. Female waitress very, very nice.

Had dinner there during our stay at the hotel. Service very attentive and friendly! Ambitious prices! Surf and Turf steak version with 2 small shrimps is definitely too puny! Veal schnitzel was good, lobster soup and Caesars too! Dessert ditto. Pleasant atmosphere!

At the Radisson you probably don't need it anymore...You can sit comfortably in the armchairs on the Natilo's terrace. We can't judge more than that. After about 10 minutes, in which some employees walked past the counter, we left.Thank you for nothing!(Unfortunately one star has to be awarded.)

Not recommendable. Expensive but not appropriate. Bored and inattentive service on the terrace when someone was in sight. Rump steak 800 degrees for 26 euros very moderate. Unseasoned. No pepper or salt anywhere. I ask for a pepper mill and get a salt mill. Nobody there again. After a complaint, the pepper mill comes. Steak is now cold. Side mushrooms without any particular taste. Salad and relish were good. My wife's Wiener Schnitzel (31 euros) was a joke. A lot of pannade, meat was not tender and tasted strange, potato salad and cucumber salad were terrible. When asked about a side dish, the young waiter said he would have to ask and didn't come back. No Answer.Open wine far too expensive.A disaster for a highly praised restaurant in a 5 star hotel. The whole evening was ruined.
