Due to the behavior of the housekeeper and the condition of the rooms, this hotel gets the worst rating I have ever given.Firstly, the rooms are unkempt. There are indefinable stains on the floor that I can scratch away with the room key, the shower is a disaster. Black spots between the tiles, not to mention the corners.*Addendum: Upon closer inspection, the black spots turned out to be mold! And there is no toilet paper here either. Not even a role... Great now I actually have to clean myself with the shower after my business... *The smell is disgusting too.The kicker is still to come: I asked the housekeeper, who had just given me the bill shortly before, to take a look at the condition for herself.I just get the answer on the phone that she's already in bed (at 8:15 p.m.)... 😅 And that everything has been fine for 50 years... 🤣🤣 Of course... Now I know why it looks like that.It's better to spend a few euros more and sleep somewhere else...Anyone who likes to spend the night on a busy street will definitely feel at home here.Our secretary apparently fell for the pictures online. So the double rooms that my colleague and I got definitely don't look like the ones on the internet... See photos...In the end I wanted my money back so I could book somewhere else. All I got was: “No, you can forget about that!” and then she hung up.Thanks for nothing…

Is a family-run hotel, the owners are super nice and make almost everything possible. The rooms are a bit old but clean. The only and biggest disadvantage is the location, right on the street, it is never quiet and sleeping with the window open is impossible.

I stayed here for 8 nights.It's a simple older hotel with a breakfast option. I booked with breakfast and the breakfast was very good.The rooms are older and have basic bathrooms.It is very clean and the owners are friendly.The property is located on a busy road.Conclusion:Top price performance for the areaExcellent breakfastBut not luxurious and a bit loud.For me, this accommodation is ideal for business trips.

We stayed at the Hotel Garin (which is part of the Hotel Anker) for two nights and were very satisfied. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and the breakfast was very tasty and lovingly provided. Many thanks to the owner for the particularly loving hospitality. We felt very comfortable.

I stayed at the Anker for 3 nights 3 weeks ago and booked breakfast if you're expecting a 5 star hotel, you're wrong but it's small, nice and clean. I received a very warm welcome, the breakfast was excellent, there was a large selection and plenty of everything. If you wish, you can have the breakfast eggs prepared the way you want them, where else can you find them.The price-performance ratio is absolutely top class. I will only stay there every time I'm in Heilbronn.
