No value, it is not a hotel and you can only sleep here: a youth hostel is cheaper and mostly better or a niu, Motel One, Moxy and so on ... People who don't nothing about Hotels make Reservation here = like the one who has booked it for me ... overall terrible and in the morning you wake up by noise of the starting planes from STR ...

Dirty rooms, curtains that don’t cover the windows, unexpirering.. unmanned, so no staff at place .. and they do not serve breakfast.. |the area is also not very tourist-friendly||Extremely expensive - takes clearly advantage of people that can’t get other rooms when there’s exhibitions in stuttgart.

In my opinion the honest name maybe "Mautner Hotel, far away from the Airport, HeumadenThe location is in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It is pretty quiet, you cannot hear the noise of the airport, because of the airport is far away here..There is nothing around in walking distance, if you need food or something, except a Penny (discount supermarket).Please, forget the public transport here, you need a taxi, if you want to go somewhere.Easy check in but challenging communication. I had not received the code in e-mail, so I had to call them. (The keys are in a lock-box around the main entrance,and you need a code or need to call the "call center" to have access to it.) I do not speak German, so it was a little bit challenging,when they told me the code number in German.The room is really clean (this is the only advantage of this place) but very basic, no extras whatsoever. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor. The bathroom is also OK, not expect to have a bathtub, but the shower cubicle is acceptable.The kitchen is permanently closed, and nothing complement the lack of the kitchen, not even a tea kettle or glass of water in the room.The hot water and the heating is closed, you have to switch on them, after the check-in, if you could. I had hot water, butI could not start the heating. It was a pretty cold night (7 Celsius), so I catch a cold here.If you need a last minute hotel for a night, far away to the airport, go for it, but bring warm clothes.

Easy check in but terrible communication. The keys are on a lock box and you need to ring the bell to have access to it. No one answers in time , so be ready to wait. It's It's for last minute check in, I had to book for 3 times already and it's always a nightmare to enter inside of it, since there's no one there. In 2 of these times I paid for a room with double bed but got a single one instead. No one answers to my emails and messages. If you need a last minute hotel for a night or two, go for it. Other than that don't even waste your time.

Small hotel, with basic rooms and services. Parking is really small (3-4 cars) and to reach it you need to drive on a steep and narrow ramp. If it's full like it happened to me you need to drive back backwards. Reception time is very limited, you get your room keys with a code. Room was small and basic, shower had a curtain. WiFi works well. Small breakfast buffet

Had a very mixed experience here. I got a single room for €40 last minute deal on Booking. When I arrive and rang the bell to enter, the person told me through the intercom that he cannot find my reservation. He eventually did and cave me the code to a metal box that had the key to the room and the building. It's not a typical hotel.The location is bang in the middle of a residential neighbourhood so it's pretty quiet, but there is nothing around in walking distance if you need food or something.The room itself is very basic, no extras whatsoever, not even a tea kettle. The bed was ok.The big problem was that it was spring time and pretty warm. And there is no air conditioning or ventilation in the room. Pretty bad, and there is no air movement.Breakfast is ok and very basic, with only cold cuts of meats, cheese, breads and the other usuals.

Great room for the price. Clean, free parking, contactless check-in. Closest shop/petrol station is a 5-minute drive away. Only negative points, especially if you’re noise sensitive, are the very squeeky bed (room nr 4) and the paper-thin walls (you can hear the neighbours typing on their phone).

Good clean hotel with off road parking & breakfast as an extra.Had a few issues with the Sat nav finding the property & it was not very well sign posted on the outside (not like the Google image).Would stay and a good base for visiting the Porsche & Mercedes-Benz Museums.

It is good to know that after 3pm the hotel is with reception system, you will call an online reception, they will give you a code and you will need to enter this code to the keybox, from where will receive your keys. The hotel is good, clean with good breakfast. It is good pined at Google maps, but not have a sign outside on the building, it is near to the Irish pub!

No good morning. Those things make me angry. You are running a service company. Please train your staff accordingly. The room was clean, except the shower curtain it had reed stains (easy to wash in a washing machine) and the silicon in the shower has to be renewed. The price was OK.
