We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were parking spaces available in the courtyard, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and delicious. The only negative point was that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Being located right on the main road, opening the windows leads to considerable street noise even at night. Overall, however, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's good in general. But it is situated on a crossroad of two really big streets (almost highways). Rooms are not equipped with AC (at least you can't control it). So if you have windows directed to the road, you either sleep without fresh air or suffer from loud noise

I recently stayed at this hotel for two days, and I feel compelled to share my true feelings about the experience.First and foremost, the hotel did not meet my expectations. The breakfast selection was very limited and, unfortunately, not fresh. On the first day, I noticed the breakfast options were quite sparse, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. However, on the second day, the croissants were completely hard and unappetizing. When I mentioned this to the staff, the lady told me she could bake new ones if I waited 15 minutes.Additionally, the cost of staying at this hotel is quite high, especially given the subpar service. Due to the poor breakfast quality and overall inadequate service, I will not be booking this hotel again.

I attended a big event and we were happy to stay close by. The staff very friendly the room big enough and view to the backyard. It was quite except of the church bell Sunday morning. Good breakfast. Excellent value for the price. Late check out and breakfast, flexible service.

No one at the entrance when we came. It took 45 minutes and 15 calls to reach someone, at that time we have almost booked another hotel and were ready to leave.They claimed there was "information about this" everywhere, but they did not tell it on the phone at the first touchpoint neither in the confirmation E-Mail.Charged parking space for 8€ even though no parking was used.

Very clean and tidy hotel nicely decorated and very well maintained. Great breakfast selection, cappuccino and espressos are all part of the hotel fee. Kitchen made scrambled eggs and sausage for me, excellent service and 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Ludwigsburg. Lovely stay.
