Check-in experience was really complex, even with the help of the employees. They had to call their manager. The cleaning lady entered our room at 8.00 without any warning while we were asleep. (And did that to the whole floor)

Booked when it was Ibis. My booking was cancelled and I was advised by email in German so I never understood my booking was cancelled. So when we arrived we had to book again thanks to very helpful Max. But instead of paying 600 euro now 800 euro (1300 AUD) for 5 nights without breakfast anyway we had a room. Dont understand why our booking wasnt honoured and kept with new owner. Max advised some were and some were not. Mcdream is much like a MacDonalds hamburger: looks good in the pictures but basically a very ordinary hamburger. However, room well laid out, well lit, very comfortable bed, quiet room, very good tv and digital key worked well. But no room cleaning during your stay, no functioning aircon, no coat-hangers, no refrigerator, no glasses (2 paper cups) and liquid soap almost empty on arrival.

The Shower handle was broken, the water heat would change from hot to cold, A/C not working, and the email link to get the access card would not work either. And no one working there to help. Ghost hotel with ghost service, I'd rather sleep in my car or in a park at that point

Very clean thoughIt's a minimal hotel.There is no key, so you can unlock your room using your smartphone.No refrigeratorNo amenities at allNo shampoo conditionerOnly body soap availableNo hand soap in the sinkThe futons and towels are clean.Conveniently located at the entrance is a vending machine that accepts credit cards.They lent me a pot to make hot water.I wasn't given cutlery.

Overall positive, breakfast was ok and everything was new and clean. However, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. So you couldn't even wash your hands properly. The water temperature in the shower was poorly regulated, so you burned yourself with water that was suddenly too hot.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel McDreams in Stuttgart and I can only say positive things! From the moment I arrived I was amazed by the modern and welcoming atmosphere.The rooms are not only stylish but also extremely comfortable. The beds are large and offer wonderful sleeping comfort. I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness - everything was spotless and very well maintained.The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is well connected to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby within walking distance.The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I felt completely at home and can recommend the Hotel McDreams to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Stuttgart.I will definitely come back!
