AC is not cold. Complaints were even said to be like that. The management is not good. The employees are not friendly. And the staff didn't solve it.

You should have looked at Google reviews before checking in, it turned out to be really bad, and the complaints were similar to those experienced by myself...The location is actually strategic because it's really good for transit, but the AC is so noisy that those who want to rest can't really sleep, I'm really tired of coming here, I often PP Bali Situbondo and this is the first and last time here, complaints are not responded to as if I just found out that the AC is noisy, even though on Google many people complain about the same thing,The quality of human resources is far from being placed in the hospitality business...The price is quite expensive for this poor facility, even the TV can't be watched because it's all blurry, there's no hot water which is very disappointing here.

My experience in this hotel was very bad. First of all the people at the desk were not nice at all. Second the room was not clean, there were spots everywhere and even a stain and ants on the bed and this was the “superior room”.. i cannot even image what the standard looks like.

The hotel is said to be expensive at 300 with standard facilities, a TV that can't be watched, the bed sheets look like they were used, the breakfast makes you lose your appetite, the staff are also not very friendly, if someone complains, they don't accept it, they get angry instead of apologizing, like we don't pay much here, until you show me Customers in public really don't have any manners, I'm someone who often goes in and out of hotels, so it's not a new experience, and here it's far from good, I witnessed employees scolding customers who complained in public while pointing out their eyes glaring. Wow, this hotel is crazy

Actually it's comfortable, it's a shame that you pay a lot of money and the TV doesn't turn on... Breakfast is like an LG at the hospital after eating, don't forget to take your medicine... I can't just order boiled noodles.

Last night I chose to stay here, I was traveling with my wife and children from Kediri City and wanted to go on holiday to Bali, why I chose this hotel was because the location of the hotel was right on the side of the main road towards the port of Ketapang, Banyuwangi. And when I was traveling, because I was very sleepy, I took the initiative to spend the night here, when I checked in suddenly at 11 pm I was charged 300 thousand per night + breakfast. For cleanliness, it's pretty good even though there's a lot that needs to be repaired and replaced. There is no hot water, only cold water is available and for friendly service at breakfast there is only chicken soup, the only drinking option is coffee and tea. In my opinion, it is still considered worth it at that price for transit travel needs.

Worse, when you checked in you were told you couldn't get towels because the hotel was full, but the stock of towels didn't match the stock of the rooms??? The AC room was really noisy because the outdoor AC was right in front of the door, then at 9 o'clock I wanted to have breakfast but I was told it had run out.
