We had the holiday apartment Seeluft and we really liked it. Everything you need was available in the apartment. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and were given detailed information about the hub garage and were specifically told how to drive in so that we could get in and out without accidents. Thank you very much for that. We would love to come back.

We had apartment 4, you have to be good on foot. Thank God we have e.Bikes with an 11% gradient, not recommended for people with physical disabilities.Super spacious apartment and very lovingFurnished. Large balcony with 4 chairs, even a lounger.

Handing over the keys went smoothly, but finding the apartment was a bit more complicated :)The accommodation is a bit hidden, but very quiet and yet central to the city center.There are parking spaces on site but the city center can also be reached on foot.Clean rooms, kettle, etc. available.Bed linen and towels are also provided.I understand the negative reviews, not everything you need is there.

Great apartment. Spacious. Clean. Orderly. Sufficiently equipped. Only the corresponding beach chair is at the other end of the beach about 4.5 km away🤔. Parking garage has a lift and is very narrow. WiFi is moderate. Would rent the apartment again and again.

An apartment, already showing its age, with 2 bedrooms/balconies on the 2nd floor. The bed in the small bedroom was unreasonable, as there were very intrusive noises with movement, the bed lamps didn't work and one was missing its lampshade.The kitchen utensils/dishes/glasses are very little for the number of holiday apartment occupancy.But what we found worst was the cleanliness when we entered the apartment.All kitchen interior cupboards dusty/dishes dusty. Glass display case/glasses in the bathroom are dusty. Artificial green plants are so dusty, touch ouch.The cleaning company at Rujana was very slack and the repairs.Price performance questionable!

We had apartment number 8. It was very nice, modernly furnished and very clean. From here it's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is therefore highly recommended.

This review refers to number 10 in Villa Isabell 2. Very nice and spacious holiday apartment. Some very high quality furniture (hülsta). Well suited for a family with 2 children. Unfortunately I cannot rate the cleaning staff separately. The interior was clean, but the window panes including frames and the patio chairs and tables were dirty. 1 point deducted for this.If something like “double parker 1.50m high” doesn’t mean anything to you, you should know the height of your vehicle before booking. If higher, then you can't use the parking space and then have a real problem organizing a replacement parking space (like I did). There are no free parking spaces in Binz. This affects the holiday mood as well as the budget. The on-site mediation was only of limited help.The WLAN is OK with a 10 Mbit download. The oven was convincing with its various functions (grill). However, the coffee machine was not convincing. Takes too long and the dosage is never as desired. There is no shaving mirror in the bathroom and a fan in the living room.Summary: If you don't have a problem with the Klünderberg (11% gradient back) you will definitely be well accommodated there. But check the vehicle height first!

When we arrived we had no instructions and had to look for the villa and then the apartment was totally dirty...
