I didn't stay here, but in retrospect I regret it. It seems cheap and cozy enough, and right next door to this place is a huge old chalk mine that looks eminently swimmable, with almost Caribbean, neon-blue waters. There was a huge iron gate barring entry, but it's easy to slip by on foot; I saw at least one family by the water and no prohibition signs.

The estate is located a bit away from Sassnitz, you have peace and quiet and country air.The rooms are simply furnished and are completely sufficient for sleeping. There is a shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and toilet. It is clean and well maintained. In the lounge there is a television and billiards. It is about 14 km from Binz and about 50 km from Cape Arkona. You can also reach the Störtebeker Festival without any problems. The estate also offers special events. You can also spend your time on the estate in a caravan, mobile home or tent, as there are large meadows for this. The host is nice and he also gives tips for excursions or where to find a doctor. All in all a place to relax and unwind. Dogs are welcome and cost 10 euros per night, which isn't much. Smokers have a corner in front of the house with a table and benches.

We rented caravan 2 for 9 nights. As described by the landlord, the caravans are very old. Unfortunately, ours smelled musty the whole holiday despite being aired out for days. We had to leave the door of the small bathroom in the caravan closed the whole time because it gave off a strong smell of mold. The landlord was already aware of this problem, but still rented the caravan to us.According to the landlord, the caravan will no longer be rented out in the future. The sanitary facilities are okay and reasonably clean. Campers only have communal showers without changing rooms. The current price for 3 minutes of hot water is €0.50.The location is great. From there you can reach many beautiful places within 20 minutes by car and start long hikes directly from there. The owner has a dog that drives away wild boars out of season and therefore sometimes exhibits strong territorial behavior. When we threw the garbage in the trash cans at the end of the vacation, we came very close to the landlord's house. The dog then jumped towards my wife barking with its mouth open and hit her on the elbow with its teeth. Luckily there was no wound.A dog like this should either be on a leash or be fitted with a muzzle during the holiday season. He sometimes runs around freely. We will definitely not be coming back.

Quiet and simple campsite with a relaxed atmosphere. Location is special because of the graffiti and objects on the site. Friendly host. Sanitary facilities are very basic but adequate.

Our short vacation was quite good so far, everything was as described on the internet. What I found very negative was how our host treated my wife. Right from the start he made fun of her being overweight, which none of us found funny at all. The second thing we noticed was our host talking to another guest about my wife's weight, and it wasn't exactly nice

If you are looking for a quiet and cheap RV parking space, you have come to the right place.Jörg and his dog Kira, who is probably the secret boss ;)are friendly and totally uncomplicated. The approach is adventurous, but you are rewarded with a really quiet and beautiful landscape.Toilet (included in the price) and showers (€0.50) are available. You can reach the harbor of Sassnitz in 10 minutes by bike.Numerous cycling and hiking trails start from the square. For example, we hiked to the Königstuhl. That was about 16km there and back.Disposal not possible.Electricity and water available. Our conclusion: If you are looking for a quiet place to park your motorhome or tent, don't value 5-star pools and enjoy being in nature, you are in good hands with Jörg and Kira.

Perfect for forgetting the stress of the city, taking a deep breath and going on excursions. There is pure nature around the estate right next to/in the Jasmund Nature Park. The poor WiFi helps when shutting down. Very happy again! 👍

We camped there for 3 days and I can recommend the campsite. Jörg is a nice host, there are clean and new sanitary facilities, great value for money and you can rent bicycles on site.
