The receptionist is not friendly at all. The rooms are clean but it is not allowed to have a cattle and/or other water boiler. The location is very good since one can start hiking in the Jasmund National park.

We can absolutely recommend Pension Noas.Affordable vacation on the edge of the old town of Sassnitz.Great location, everything you want to see is within walking distance. Where else can you get rooms for €50 per night on the island of Rügen? Top !

The guest house is exceptionally well located for reaching everything: Königsstuhl National Park Center, shopping, the coast, the harbor, the bus to the reconstruction of the impressive historical complex of Prora. The owners were very friendly to us and looked after us very well, we enjoyed our stay here. It's not a decorated luxury guesthouse, so if that's what you're expecting, you should probably look elsewhere, instead it's well looked after, clean, comfortable and just about everything a normal person needs.

We were very disappointed. I had booked a room with a terrace. He wrote me an email before we started our trip (which I unfortunately couldn't open because there was no reception). When we arrived he told us that he couldn't rent the room with the terrace to us. A day later I read the email he sent me and it said that for technical reasons he couldn't rent the room. But strangely enough, he was able to rent this room to someone else. Then breakfast. We are shift workers and like to sleep a little longer sometimes because we are on vacation. He asked when we wanted to have breakfast. We didn't give him the answer until 9am. He said that breakfast is served until 9 a.m. at the latest. There are also guesthouses where you can have breakfast later, the so-called late riser breakfast. The landlady, Ms. Klande, was quite friendly, but Mr. Klande was rather grumpy and unfriendly. For example, if you wanted more coffee, you had the feeling that the question was already too much. We only give it one star for the great location. And finally to the room. There was already some mold in the shower. The beds were uncomfortable and it squeaked when you turned around. We don't recommend this guesthouse.

We booked three nights with breakfast at Pension Klande.||||The guesthouse itself is sober to sparsely furnished, products such as soap or shampoo are completely missing in the very narrow shower, the shower cubicle …

I cannot recommend this guesthouse under any circumstances. It stinks in the guesthouse, the furnishings date back to the 1930s and the owner is more than just unfriendly. Incidentally, the room in which my companion and I were supposed to sleep was next door to the owner's bedroom. It's all very questionable there. The house rules published in the room are also rubbish. Stay away from this guesthouse!!!

We have been in Sassnitz several times a year for 4 years and have had the opportunity to stay in several hotels and guesthouses. This year we decided on the Pension Klande. I was able to do so when I made the booking change over the phoneI experienced an unfriendly manner from the landlady. I thought, well, maybe she had a bad day (we sometimes feel like that too) but no, we were treated to oursArrival taught better. The room we booked was very spatan-style. At first glance it was clean, but after a closer look we found it on the bedand in the bathroom in the sink there were long black hairs that were either from our previous tenants or from the cleaning lady. The bottle of hand detergent was left with the leftoversfilled with shower baths, which I found to be very unhygienic. The pillows in the bed are of a standard that is more than 25 years old, so when you lay down in them you had the old musty smell in your nose.On the bed there was an old, faded and outdated throw that no longer meets the hygienic standards of today.Since we hadn't booked a breakfast buffet, we were told that we couldn't eat in the room. This would not have been possible because there was neither a small refrigerator nor dishes in the room. According to the usual pension and hotel standards, we were veryshocked about it.The next morning, when we got a coffee from the nearby bakery and sat down outside the guesthouse, we were approached by the landlady. They also had coffee, why didn't we take advantage of what the house had to offer? I replied politely that we knew that and that we already did when we arrivedwhich they had drunk. The landlady replied, well, hopefully they'll clean up their mess too, and I won't have to do that too.I've got itNever had to have such an experience in all my visits to Sassnitz, it was just so unbelievable. The landlord of the house tried very hard to correct minor problems immediately and was friendly towards us and even wished us a safe journey home on the last dayWhich you can't say about the landlady, because she turned around insulted and turned her back on me. In summary, I can only say that weneither give a recommendation nor ever enter this guesthouse again.

We already wrote Mr. Klande an email before we arrived and there was no response. When we arrived we brought our daughter, who had not been booked with us (this had already been agreed by phone),we actually had to pay 14 euros per night instead of the 10 euros listed on the internet + he refused to pay usto issue an invoice because he wanted to bill it illegally. When he greeted us, his wife kept chatting, so that while he was paying in cashThe shortfall was of course "talked about" in his favor - but it didn't work because my husband counted itand thus asked Mr. Klande to hand over the money he had collected in excess, which he did.The room did not correspond to what it said in the booking:- There was a tea maker/kettle in the kitchen, use of which was prohibited- There was a dishwasher, but its use was prohibited- the folding bed for our daughter was a dog mattress... that means it was very old, sagging, uncomfortable and every metal rung could be felt.- There was a WiFi amplifier by the bed, this was my biggest problem. Since I am familiar with medicine, I know the consequential damage of WiFi radiation and we had! at the bed !! not only WiFi but also the amplifier and Mr. Klande said that he forbids us from pulling it out! He doesn't care that we're all being grilled by radiation. We're just paying cattle.- Apart from the fact that Sassnitz and this accommodation is a mosquito stronghold and we had no mosquito screens on the window. So we sat in this room at 35° with the windows closed.- It said in the advertising that there was a sofa bed - there wasn't, it was a lie- The parking lot is unreasonable in terms of space, it's also important that anyone who gets scratches here, the Klande family won't be responsible for that.- We heard how Mr. Klande gossiped about other guests after they left and we were also gossiped about. That is not how it works.- The furniture is very old and thrown together.- Our sleeping bed was very sagging and back pain was included in the price
