This review only applies to apartment 12!!!We booked apartment 12 in Villa Agnes and were horrified at how worn/broken and dirty this apartment was. The mattresses and pillows were full of sweat and urine stains. The bathroom dirty. The kitchen was completely broken and “repaired” with clear tape.The broken decoration was left standing and posed a risk of injury. The carpet full of brown stains.Disgusting never to go to this apartment again.Other apartments in the villa with other landlords are clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. And of course the view is very beautiful.

Last year we stayed at Villa Agnes in Elisabethblick, we were totally thrilled, everything was clean and nicely furnished; That's why we decided to go again this year;This year we had the Stella Maris room and were extremely disappointed;it wasn't clean; dead flies everywhere; it was dirty under the bed, there was sand in the wardrobe; the bathroom wasn't clean;we tried to reach someone as soon as we arrived, but couldn't reach anyone and then left it alone;The shower cubicle is not for heavier people... very narrow, you have to know that;The shower head itself gets a 12 out of 10;The toilet flushing is a complete disaster; gets -10 points;Too bad for the money; we will no longer use it;

The most amazing apartment in the most beautiful place! Everything was perfect! We ended up at Villa Agnes out of necessity because our original holiday apartment in Binz was a disaster. And from now on we will ALWAYS be in the 'Weitblick' apartment (13) in Villa Agnes! It's incredible! The perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle in Binz, you can be on the beach in 1 minute. The apartment's equipment is perfect, so well thought out, attentive, leaves nothing to be desired! Super comfortable beds! The most beautiful view you can imagine! It was an absolute dream! Parking space and beach chair are included, leaving nothing to be desired! A jewel, Villa Agnes! Simply perfect and a fantastic place!

Advantage: 20 m from the beach. But that's probably also the disadvantage...it's always a bit damp, which affects the furniture. It seems a bit worn out. Veneer comes loose, bathroom joints turn black. It is one of the last buildings in town and is therefore relatively quiet. You don't see much of the hustle and bustle at the pier, even in high season. And that's another plus point. Overall, the offer still seems a bit overpriced. We probably won't book again.

We spent a wonderful week in Villa Agnes in the Apartment Vista Mare. The beach right in front of the door and an extremely tasty fish smokehouse offer a perfect environment. The room is modernly equipped. The seating area in the winter garden with a direct sea view is very nice. You can enjoy your breakfast for an extra long time. The apartment was clean and the hallway is cleaned daily. We would love to come back here.

First of all, for your information, this review refers exclusively to holiday apartment 2 in Villa Agnes.This apartment has a prime location, for which I would give 5 points. However, the cleanliness and furniture leave a lot of room for improvement.Definitely too expensive for this price.The manager of the apartment was informed by us about some defects. However, she only took care of the apartment, but this is not relevant for the guest.

Very nice to be able to live in this place. Having breakfast with a sea view is something. The room is perfectly adequate for two and furnished with a touch of flair. We just found it wonderful here.

We have been guests at Villa Agnes several times. Apartment 12 -Fanny's sea view- is now our favorite. Fantastic location, a really successful facility, a great view over the Binzer Bay and the brilliant beer garden of the Kuse fishing family directly opposite. It just doesn't get any better. In addition, impeccable support from the Ott agency. This is how vacation should be. And we'll definitely be back in July!

Villa Agnes is a dream: right on the beach with a magical sea view. We had the app. 8 (panoramic view) in the house and were very satisfied! The parking space at the house is included in the price. WiFi free of charge. Full of sun!What do you want sea!

A villa in a prime location in Binz with a great view of the bay. Unfortunately, the furniture in the apartment we stayed in (App. 6) is already quite worn out or broken. It's very annoying when you book an appointment at the end of the season and only have to make do with furniture that should have been replaced long ago (at least that's what the rental company said). The location of Villa Agnes (the house with the little turret) on the edge of Binz is ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet.
