Advantages:Good location if you have a car, including parking. Beautiful garden for breakfast in the morning. We stayed in apartment no. 5. The apartment is spacious enough, the kitchenette is adequately equipped. It is cool there in the summer. The apartment was clean except for the smelly couch. Bathroom is fine.Cons:The sofa in the apartment smells very much like dirty dog. We only got one set of towels for 10 nights, when we asked for clean ones we had to pay extra (€5). Also only one set of bedding. I thought the mattress was mediocre. Washing machine is available, but costs €3 per wash. The room where fitness equipment is located is very dirty and is not actually used. Wifi connection very unstable.

Very nice dreamy place.The house and garden are very beautiful.Unfortunately, the facility is a bit older or heavily used.The street in front of the house is coarse cobblestones. You shouldn't take a room facing the street.Very very loud.

It was nice in this apartment, well if the weather was good.Was clean and well furnished. Slept well.Wi-Fi only available for a €5 fee, not free as offered.Tourist tax is not €1 per day/person as in the offer but €1.50Not the problem but not okay.Otherwise well recommended

Well, they are holiday apartments and not a guesthouse.But fully furnished and clean.And there is also a good party booth, a barbecue hut for free useWe would especially like to thank the owner for the friendly welcome and permission to use the party room. We have very fond memories of the time.The location is good, but in Groß Zicker it's not an art.Gladly again.

Apartment dirty, lots of spiders. The apartment does not correspond to the pictures, only the bathroom corresponds to the pictures, the promised terrace is a shared terrace because there are only two singles, that was not how it was booked. Apartment wasn't cleaned, the sofa was full of hair, the kitchen was run down

We had a nice, quiet New Year's Eve in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere - thank you very much for that.Despite a misunderstanding when booking, everything went smoothly and we are satisfied.Really recommended!
