Unfortunately, the refrigerator is extremely loud, as is the sofa and the drain in itBathroom leaks so much that everything is under water after every use.The parking lot costs a lot and is charged on top per day and so does the dog.But the location is great and the host is nice.

The room was neatly equipped and clean. The bed, which is about 1.40m wide, is definitely too small for two people for a week and the mattress is already past its prime. The darkening of the room was an absolute disaster. Way too bright at 5:30 in the morning in the summer and then the really LOUD refrigerator! This is really an imposition. The place and the island are absolutely great, but definitely not in this accommodation anymore. But luckily there is plenty of choice and many loving “landlords”

Bed a bit too narrow. Fridge hums too much. However, I was missing a little instruction on where to dispose of your garbage, etc...

Very nice and clean apartment. We were warmly welcomed by very nice landlords. It's not far to the beach and all interesting sights as well as bakeries and Edeka can be reached on foot. Absolutely recommended.

We initially had major problems with the induction hob. A description wouldn't have been bad and certain household appliances could be added. (microwave, toaster, stove)Entrance area smells strongly of cigarettes 🚬! Maybe you should smoke in the fresh air.Bedroom should have more lightproof curtains. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and we wish the operators all the best

Great service and beautiful apartments. The room was nicely furnished and big enough for 2 people. The bathroom was also sufficiently modernized. We felt very comfortable. The owners were nice and took care of us.

We were there for two weeks, in the two weeks we saw the landlords twice, once when they were handing over the keys and once on the street. There was no question of how you liked it or whether you needed anything. We were told if something happened you should knock on the landlord's door but there was never anyone there even though the radio and television were on. When we left there was no sign of the landlords. The keys were left on the reception and that was the farewell. We were kindly bid farewell by one of the two cleaning ladies, but we were still very disappointed and would not recommend the house to anyone. There's not much to say about the rooms. We had a one-room room with a closet for one person and the bed was far too small. There was no toaster but there was a kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The distance to the beach is a quarter to half an hour depending on how fast you are.

We book a short trip to the villa for 3-4 days every November and so far we have only good things to say. It certainly smells like cold smoke downstairs in the reception area, but everything in the room is clean and smells good. The owners are extremely friendly and nice. We will always come here with our dog. THANKS

The house doesn't look very inviting; nothing has been done inside or outside for a long time. We only saw the owners when we arrived; they weren't particularly friendly. The location of the house is really good and it was really clean. However, our apartment smelled according to the furniture, it was all very old and smelled musty. The worst thing about the apartment is really the bed, which is only 1.40m above it and you can see away, but it's been here for a long time as sagging as it is. The pillows and blankets are like stone and everything is very uncomfortable. The worst thing, however, is the refrigerator in the kitchenette; it hums at regular intervals and is so loud that it always wakes you up. The kitchen equipment is also really poor. I absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation unless you bring an air mattress and your own duvet/pillow, ear plugs are definitely a must have here. WiFi doesn't work on the 3rd floor either. It's a shame, especially when you pay so much money.
