We spent wonderful holidays here with our 2 children. The terraced house is very spacious and furnished with a lot of love. Nothing is missing here. It's only a short walk to the beach and this beach is wonderfully wide and large. Simply wonderful! In the evening you can relax on the terrace. We all had a lot of fun and a good relaxing time :)

I took a look at this:These are condominiums, this isn't a holiday home?!?!You can't really go on vacation with 8 people?!?!What do the other owners actually say about the rentals?I have heard of complaints about the noise and the lack of access to the associated terrace.I think this is certainly not recommended.

Both the video of the holiday home and the pictures on the website show a well-kept, dignified and tastefully furnished holiday home. With plenty of space on three floors and a great location.Irritated by one negative review, which also had no real connection to the accommodation itself, I spoke to the owner by telephone.I learned that she mainly has long-standing regular guests. Some of them have been booking again and again for ten years.Anyone who is satisfied...will be happy to come back, of course.Since no one always rents a holiday home for their vacation if they don't feel comfortable there, one negative review here can probably be seen for what it is on closer inspection:-- completely irrelevant, because NO FORMER GUEST is writing there,---absolutely insubstantial, as it therefore makes no statement whatsoever about the (quality of) the accommodation itself-- hypocritical, since people are speculating about things that are not the issue at all (such as neighbors' views on renting out as a holiday home) and-- damaging to business, since this transparent pseudo-opinion clearly serves other interests.I therefore advised the owner to take action against this ridiculous "review" by asking her satisfied regular guests for their real!!! and relevant!!! Reviews please.In any case, we will definitely book a vacation there next summer.

Amazing... 100 meters to the Baltic Sea... great apartment... people super nice... And the good news is we're here for another 3 weeks...
