Top apartment... Central... Unfortunately a bit noisy in the morning because of the garbage collection... ☺️Still very nice

Apartment 1 is very nice and can only be recommended. We'd love to come back

Villa Annabelle is very centrally located - two bakeries are practically "next door", the pier/beach and promenade as well as the well-stocked Edeka market can be reached in a few minutes. Numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity.We, my husband and I, lived in apartment number 6 from September 10th to 24th.The apartment has a sloping, very narrow parking space right next to the house.The apartment is well equipped in all areas. There are plenty of dishes in the kitchen and all kinds of electrical appliances are available. There is plenty of storage space in the bathroom and the shower has a relatively high exit. The linen package is a bit tight; in addition to the bed linen, it includes 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person (this is just a reference). There are plenty of cupboards available in the bedroom, some of which are stocked with plenty of spare duvets and pillows. The mattresses are comfortable. Balcony with morning sun -Unfortunately, the central location means a high frequency of delivery vehicles - especially early in the morning. The emptying of various garbage containers, some of which are left by nearby restaurants (regularly around 7:00 a.m.), is also very noisy, so we had to close the windows of the bedroom, which faces the street, at night.We were unpleasantly surprised by the current furnishings of the living and dining area, which do NOT correspond to the images on the Rujana homepage:Instead of the cozy-looking blue seating area and coffee table shown, the room is dominated by a chunky gray sofa bed that stands parallel to the kitchen unit. There is also an Ikea rocker chair (without a footboard) and a tiny coffee table. Another side table is available. The square dining table was replaced by a round model. Wooden furniture and kitchen units generally appear a bit “worn” – replacing and rearranging the furniture gives the room a completely new character.When we arrived there was a light-colored, completely dirty and stained carpet under the “coffee table,” which, after informing the friendly cleaner working in the neighboring apartment, was spontaneously removed with an “oh THAT”…Basically the apartment was clean except for a few (seasonal) cobwebs under the high ceilings.Last but not least, a note about "Rujana": The service surrounding the booking was perfect, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Unfortunately, despite an express request for an honest review, almost exclusively 5 ***** ratings are posted on the homepage. No position is taken on the criticism expressed...

We are staying in Apartment 1. The cleanliness of the small apartment is very good.Others would say it's complaining at a high level.Small repair work needs to be done.The skirting boards in the bedroom need to be fastened properly, a nut on the toilet lid is missing, not all the hooks on the window curtains are there and the stopper for the sink is unfortunately completely missing. In addition, the windows are quite dirty.Unfortunately, the balcony doesn't invite you to linger as it is directly in front of the parking spaces of the other holiday apartments. That's not so nice.We also have a direct view of the garbage cans from our apartment. This could be hidden behind wooden cladding.If you are staying for a week, it is advisable to take extra towels with you. We only found one small and one large towel in the apartment. A little small for the beach, sun and daily showers.The apartment is functionally furnished, quietly located and within walking distance to the beach and promenade. That makes up for the little “inconveniences”.On the whole we are satisfied. The staff in the rujana office is courteous and very nice.⭐⭐⭐⭐
