Ferienhaus Poolhaus Glowe

Our vacation was actually very nice. Our accommodation was a very well-kept, modern house. Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it despite the great weather. The pool surround was also not finished yet. At 9 a.m. in the morning, strangers were standing at the pool for us and wanted to renew the pool surrounds and saw and hammer them until the afternoon... According to them, this had been agreed upon with the homeowners.What also really irritated us were all the outside cameras around the house. We never knew if the cameras were on and who exactly was watching. (see photos attached) particularly disturbing because one camera is pointed at the pool area. Because of these points, unfortunately I can only give 4 points. The communication with the homeowners was great and the house was also very well maintained and I would recommend it to others, as the craft work is now probably over and perhaps we can also comment on what all the cameras are about.

An oasis of peace and dream home!There is nothing left to be desired when it comes to equipment and design.The way it was taken in the photos is how we found it. The garden offers sunbathing areas at any time of the day, as does the poolwas taken over by our boys in April. Everything was perfectly maintainedand lovingly designed. The Kallies family is the perfect host! The yoga house by the pool offers the retreat from everyday life that you want. The personal contact person forCleaning and maintenance Ioannis Efstathious is always approachable and helpful in all situations. We had a completely successful holiday in the pool house. We'd love to come back! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful holiday in the holiday home 'Poolhaus'. We particularly enjoyed the beautifully landscaped garden including pool. Everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. Since I have just read the previous bad review, I have to refer to it and clearly contradict it: The house is actually better in reality than in the pictures! New pool area, staircase with natural stones, filled walls and great leather furniture... plus great communication with the landlord - we can hardly wait for our next vacation in the pool house. Keep it up, Kallies family!

Pool house booked - construction site receivedWe booked the pool house in summer 2021. 1 week with 2 families with children aged 4 and 9.Due to the advertised features and the excellent photos on the website, there was great anticipation.When we arrived on site, the pool area was a construction site. The pool was cordoned off with construction site tape and sharp posts (dangerous for children). The pool technology (cleaning/skimmer) only worked from day 5 after we had an unannounced visit from craftsmen. The edge of the pool was lined with foil - no wood like in the pictures. Slipping!!! At least there was water in it.The pool lounge also cannot be used because it is under construction. Cables were hanging around, wooden slats etc. Open flush-mounted box in the pool area! (Risk of death). Furthermore, there were staples and screws in the lawn around the pool and lounge. We then picked them up ourselves so that we wouldn't tear our feet when we were barefoot.The lounge furniture was not available for 8 people (as can be seen in the owner's photos). The newly installed sunbed was not sanded down, so the children caught splinters straight away.Furniture in the house was shabby - faux leather was worn, stair carpets were loose, which is why one of the children traveling with us fell and did a somersault off the stairs.The house was designed for 8 people... There weren't enough glasses of any kind.We didn't even find three identical glasses... everything was thrown together wildly. Simply sad for a house that is advertised as luxurious. The coffee pad machine mentioned on the website (we brought extra pads with us) turned out to be an inexpensive capsule machine. At the next net we bought extra capsules for it only to find that this machine was also defective. Unfortunately, the coffee leaked everywhere... just not into the cup.The drying rack, also broken - drying towels for 8 people was only possible over the fence.There was communication with the landlord - but he thought everything was fine. They would have renovated and wouldn't be finished yet because of Corona. To date, the website has not been visually adapted. Some furniture is no longer even in the house or where it should be according to the website.The landlord's address on the booking confirmation was also incorrect. Our registered letter of complaint was returned immediately. The address on the landlord's website (imprint) was then the correct one.We were extremely disappointed. In the end we agreed on a refund of the travel price. Contrary to what had been agreed, this was not even paid out in full. We then dealt with the matter for ourselves.Conclusion: Never again pool house

Very nice, clean house with a large plot of land. Located right next to the forest and therefore very quiet. Good equipment. With sauna.

Top accommodation!! We felt very comfortable. In any case, highly recommended for a successful holiday on Rügen.
