Had a great experience here camping with a tent, better than another campsite we tried earlier on the island. Facilities are good and clean, there's food stalls and a bakery outside. Great location, not far from the sea. Friendly staff (at least when you speak German).Pretty crowded at peak season, mostly caravans. Yet not noisy. people where quite respectful. Mosquito spray is a must.

I appreciated the possibility to make a reservation beforehand. When we arrived, friendly staff helped us to find a good place for our motorhome. Spacious and not too crowded at the end of June. Clean toilets and showers, and enough of them. Good location close to a beach and reasonably priced bikes for hire, we took a nice cycling trip to Kap Arkona. I also liked to buy fresh bread from the market in the morning.

We came with only a tent and got a place in the woods at the northwest corner of the camping place. The facility in the camping place was quite nice, clean toilet, clean shower room and free drinking water. The two stars I remove is because millions of mosquitoes in the woods, we almost could not stand outside for over 5 minutes. Most of time we had to stay in the tent in which it was super hot. Even so we still got hundreds of mosquito bites which is a bit horrifying. The mosquitoes make the whole experience quite unpleasant and annoying.

Very nice place to stay. Perhaps the most beautiful spot on Rügen. So close to the stunning beach. Camping amongst those trees - just wonderful.Only one thing - there are no benches for those just staying with tent or car.

Camping is very clean and nice. Grocery shop inside, with awesome snack bar. The most problematic are hordes of mosquitos. And alot of alge on Beach.

Large camping, too crowded (in early august), little respect for COVID-19 rules (even by staff), restaurants offer mainly junk food, no desinfectant available, restaurant staff is not using mouthmasks. Lots of mosquitos, impossible to sit outside due to mosquitos. Difficult to find mosquito repellant, bring plenty of mosquito repellant. One sanitary block is new (the rest is old), cleanliness could be better. Shower is 1€ for three minutes. Next to busy road. Beach is nearby, good access to Northern Rügen. Despite warnings for high risks of forest fire, i did not see any fire extinguisher.

It could be a nice place. Unfortunately it was to crowded and the site is too chaotic. No respect for covid-rules. Sanitaries were not too clean (probably due to overcrowding). Advantages: nice beach nearby and friendly staff.

Enormous, crowded and noisy. Not really friendly for tents. No kitchen, not even a place to sit. Perhaps better for mobile homes.

The location is great not far from the sea. The facilities are quite clean and good in general. Some of the staff are not very friendly and not service minded at all.
