Beautiful half of the house, modernly furnished with everything you need.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house 6, the dishes, mattresses and pillows was more than borderline.A few pictures attached of the condition of the house.We reported this immediately the next day (arrival was 10 p.m. in the evening)Unfortunately, we were not helped to our satisfaction.Therefore I would not recommend vacationing there.

We were guests in July 2019. The house was very clean. The reception was very friendly. It is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Altefähr. We were there every day. Ideal for a short evening walk with children, as there is a great playground on the beach.The only point of criticism we have is the squeaky door handles😅 here you run the risk of waking up the sleeping children again. Unfortunately our parasol was also broken. But those are the only little things we have to complain about. We'll definitely come back ✌

This is the second time we've been here and we feel really comfortable... The accommodation is great, the whole sun garden is really well maintained, everything is within walking distance from here...whether it's swimming by the stream or eating something delicious there Fish sandwiches or ice cream, the breakfast sandwiches around the corner or the football field next to it. You can play volleyball or other sports, even try out a great climbing forest - there is a beautiful playground with beach sand even for the little ones! Spending a holiday here with children is definitely worth it 🤩

Maybe it was just our house that was so sparsely furnished... No hand soap in the bathrooms, no mirror or towel rack in the small bathroom. There is a small dishwasher in the kitchen, but no tabs. Washing up wouldn't have been possible either, no rag or dry towel. Only 2 pots for 5 people, the handles of which get scalding hot. And, oh wonder, no pot holders either. Garbage bags were also missing. Conclusion: you have to bring half of your household with you. Absolutely not okay for THE price.

Very nice and clean holiday home. Tastefully furnished and beautifully located in nature. The only negative point is the connection to public transport and the lack of shopping opportunities, which should be taken into account if you want to travel without a car.

This review refers to house number 29 in the “Ostsee Sonnengarten” holiday home park.Unfortunately not worth five stars.We booked the house through Novasol and was offered there as five-star accommodation. Unfortunately, expectations were not met.The main points of criticism are:1. Insufficient cleanliness - cobwebs were visible in many corners and edges. In addition, the oven was so dirty that it could only be used after a thorough cleaning. Apparently the previous tenants baked a pizza with the cheese dripping down. The oven door was also extremely greasy and dirty. That is not how it works. Finally, I also pay an extra fee for final cleaning, so I can expect to move into a cleaned house.2. Below average mattress quality - apart from the fact that there is no double bed, the mattresses are of the worst possible quality: soft and saggy. The beds, or rather the loungers, squeak loudly and are more suitable as a guest bed for occasional use. We could hardly sleep here during the week of vacation due to back pain and terrible comfort.Although the house description described four single beds, the photos of the house showed a double bed, which was misleading in our case.3. Exposed cables in the bathroom (see photos). There were electrical cables hanging out under the mirror cabinet in the bathroom, which is something that shouldn't happen in any property, regardless of the star category.4. The modern kitchen is not equipped with enough cutlery. The dishes must be washed up after every meal, otherwise there will be no cutlery available for the following meal. (With occupancy of three people!)5. The WiFi didn't work. Apparently the house is too far from the nearest hotspot. The WiFi was only detected in individual corners of the house. A connection was difficult and extremely unstable.6. Unsightly and inappropriate shower. The lower rubber seal of the shower door is heavily stained with mold, which looks more than disgusting. The shower drain doesn't work properly, so the water runs out under the shower door (almost into the hallway).7. Clairaudience: If both DHHs are occupied, one inevitably listens to the other. This applies to both conversations and the noises while running. Using the stairs in the neighboring house sounds like the roar of a subwoofer in the apartment.All in all, there is a lot of room for improvement.

The sun garden in Altefähr is a very nice holiday property.Very quiet and you can relax well.The place is very nicely located, with a small harbor, beach with children's playground.There is also a corner shopOf course, your physical well-being is also taken care of at the harbor.

Very nice, well-kept holiday complex with a short distance to Altefähr harbor, the climbing park, the beach in Altefähr and just a few minutes by car to Stralsund.The holiday homes are well equipped with almost everything you need.

Hello ,We were in house number 10As usual, the house was very clean and everything was there. Even minor problems were immediately resolved by the owner and the nice Ms. Lorenz. We'll be back next year 👍👍
